Was not informed that it was a subscription service, I cancelled the 2nd order only for them to send and charge me anyway. They then proceeded to send it to the wrong address. I contacted them multiple times with all the information to show them that a mistake had been made by them and have yet had a response to my complaint. So in conclusion I have paid for a product that I had cancelled and not received that product anyway. Avoid at all costs...

Thought I was getting a sweat shirt made for valentines, payed for it to come earlier than the 14th, which it didn’t, received package on the 15th and low and behold it was a knock off of an original creator The face details are supposed to be vivid which are lines for the eyebrows black circles for the eyes and lines for the mouth clothes are completely different and the color of our skin is not right at all. This place is a scam and should not be creating other people‘s creations if they can’t get it right

Complete fraud company. They will charge you more than you authorize, and keep taking money out of your account like two payments a month every month!! No way to get in touch and you'll never heard anything back from their support about it. I had to cancel my credit card and unfortunately lost a lot of money before I noticed all the charges they had been taking out. BEWARE!!!!

I have been sending Email upon Email to this company to STOP taking money from my account and this company doesn't want to STOP. Is like this company is looking for something else, i will not receive your stupid product that is not working and this company will still be detecting money from my account. Please and please i abeg this company with the name of Almighty GOD,STOP detecting money from my account, i don't need your product anymore. You company just detected about 26 plus from account please refund me back my money back to my account now please.

I purchase a vavanto growth jelly on the 25th of june 2024 and as to date the production has not arrived but vavanto has took the money out of my account on contacting them I spoke to a person name Amanda and she was not very helpful DO NOT USE THIS COMPANE ITS ALL A SCAM AND WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU LEAVE YOUR BANKING DETAILS PLEASE BE AWARE?RED FLAG Dennis george.

Took forever to get and product did not work plus over charged SCAM.....

I didn't order anything from this people why did they deduct money from my account almost 3500.who is these people?? Can anybody tell me what they selling and were they are because i want my money back is there a email or a phone number where i can get a hold off....

I ORDERED ONE JAR TO TRY IT OUT TO SEE HOW I LIKED IT, AND NOW I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED THAT I HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER JAR OF THE VAVANTO JELLY. Did not receive product after over two months waiting. Was charged for another service of there that was supposed to be free, then never got the refund for the product just the refund for the false subscription... Then when I called the terrible customer service person sends a email saying it was refunded but it was for the subscription not the product...

It is a scam! You enter your credit card number, there's no confirmation page and you get charged 180 USD immediately instead of 19.95 USD that was stated on the page. You will also not get any confirmation email. Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered on June 8th it is now July 8th and still no product. On top of that they hit my card for another $60 for a subsequent order. There email says to unsubscribe I can log in using my email and order number but the link they send me too does not recognize my log in info. Update : I wanted to add that this is a very deceptive company the advertised price was $29.95 but they charged me $59.95 when I questioned them they said that they are sending the larger size 1.6 oz instead of the .8oz well I received it today and it was the .8 oz they product also comes from China so there’s that. Total all around scam avoid at all costs

its been a month and no product then they charge me for more products and take my money. I didn't get a subscription but they charged me again and want to send me more of their product I don't understand

It's a super product will buy again I'm just bothered about the pricing as I bought 3 and was charged nearly half again I know you need to pay for shipping and customs but great product
