We're a group of darts enthusiasts from across the UK who spent years playing in pub leagues, watching the PDC, and building home setups. We noticed something: the darts community deserved better when it came to prize competitions. Too many competitions felt sketchy. Unclear draw processes, no proof of winners, and that nagging feeling that something wasn't quite right. We knew we could do better. So we built Vault Nine Competitions. A platform where every draw is conducted live and broadcast for all to see. Where every winner is verified and celebrated. Where you can enter for free via post if you prefer. Every Entry. Every Chance. That's not just a tagline – it's our promise.

Beau Greaves signed darts on an auto…

Beau Greaves signed darts on an auto draw automatically draws once competitions sells out. Bought the remaining tickets. 30 minutes later no draw. Emailed and messaged via facebook, said bare with them over it. Upon looking on there page they have no winners on the website just there own submitted winners. None on the actual competitions or anybody whos won a previous competition. "Bradley" won. all other winners names have a full name but this doesn't, Messaged page asking how the process was done. Told that it was done by an automatic system which locks in with an audit hash code that cant be changed by anybody, that its fully transparent and verifiable. I asked for the code to then be told I would not be allowed it. So its not "transparent or verifiable". Then told i was a disgruntled customer for not winning. I know what gambling is all about. Won holidays, phones and plenty darts. Never had this with another company where ive had to asked for a code as it felt off. Asked for it a second time to be ignored fully.

I will be submitting all screen shots to META as they are violating there terms and conditions for the RMG license. Aswell as trading standards. ASA and the UK Gambling commission

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THES GUYS RUINING IT FOR EVERYBODY ELSE.

Hi Dan,

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we take concerns like this very seriously.

To clarify, our auto-draw competitions are triggered once all tickets are sold. In this instance, there was a short delay while the system completed its checks and finalised the draw record. We appreciate this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time, and we understand how that may have caused concern.

All of our draws are conducted using a cryptographically secure random selection process. Each result is recorded with a SHA-256 audit hash, along with the winning ticket number, total entries, and timestamp. This ensures the result cannot be altered after the draw has taken place.

For additional clarity, ticket numbers are issued and clearly displayed in the confirmation email sent at the time of entry. The email you forwarded to us shows your allocated ticket numbers, confirming they were successfully entered into the competition.

Regarding transparency, we recognise that our wording may have suggested audit hashes are publicly shared. They are not currently published externally, but they are stored as part of an immutable internal audit trail. We are actively reviewing how we present this information to make it clearer and more transparent for all customers.

With regard to the winner name shown as “Bradley”, display names can vary depending on how customer details are submitted or privacy preferences. However, we are reviewing this specific case to ensure everything has been recorded and displayed correctly.

We categorically reject any suggestion that our draws are manipulated. We operate with fairness and integrity as a priority, and we are confident in the robustness of our systems.

We are more than happy to review this draw again internally and confirm the full details directly with you. Please contact us via email so we can continue this conversation properly.

Kind regards,
Vault Nine Competitions
