Great Customer Services
I received my Vault bag yesterday. Being of an age when certain technical issues seem confusing…I have to say the Customer Services response was amazing. Immediate reply to my query, and gave me step by step help with the zip issue ( it can be quite difficult to open the first time in the vacuum area so persevere with that ) and then of course the vacuum pump itself ! It works brilliantly ! And I was confused by the phone charging lead which is there to be used with your own independent charging pack. The bag does not have its own charging facility….just the lead.
So 10/10 for the very patient customer services operator.
I would recommend that a booklet explaining the way everything works with pictures ! Would be of benefit.
Anyway…..ready for the off now !!

The travellers must have addition!!
The Vault bag is an amazing asset to any traveller. Loads of sections, TSA lockable laptop compartment and the compression section works brilliantly. My only negative was the delivery timeline. I ordered believing the bag was located in the UK as I was about to travel and had been let down on another order (not from Vault). The bag arrived after I had departed on the trip, however, its been used on every trip since. Love it

Recently took my vaultbag on a Ryanair flight. I was slightly nervous as it was very full (with 5 days worth of clothes in it), but I got on the flight fine. What a game changer and money saver! Love it and will recommend to everyone

Excellent bag which will save in baggage fees
I think this bag concept is brilliant. I used it for a short visit which gave me flexibility when flying and reduced the cost of paying for a large cabin case. I’ve not been challenged yet but I like the guarantee and money back should it never pass the test. Definitely a worthy purchase. My only negative was the delay in it arriving when I ordered it.

This bag held 12 days of clothing when i was travelling to Colombia. It was 8kg on the scale and the suction compartment works really well for my clothes. Definitely give it a few goes before you pack as it takes a little practise.

Still waiting for the bag after paying £9.99 to speed up delivery! 7 working days later and it’s currently sitting at the post office and the tracking is saying “Held as surcharge fee”!! No card has been posted through the door to say there is a fee to pay!!! What a pain!
