After a very supportive service before order, I ordered form Varobath already one month and a half ago but nothing arrived yet. Despite many contacts (by phone and WhatsApp) asking about shipping date that were delayed every time, I decided to ask for refund. No one replied or refunded. They mentioned many they sent my orders 2 days after my refund request but no tracking number so far. I have 2 kids out of home and living far from schools with many housing costs behind just because we don’t have our orders. I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. Waiting forward that this episode ends soon. Don't recommend at all.

I paid for and ordered two shower enclosures for 800€ . Lucas was very helpful with making order, over their Whats App number. Two weeks later after delivery deadline and never having received a tracking number or name of a shipping company . I phoned and whats app many times, along with sending emails, but never received a reply, other than one whats app saying they were looking into it.....then no more. I phoned over whats app using a different number and suddenly got a reply, but as soon as they realised it was not a new order they quickly said they would look into it again and send a shipping number. The conversation came to a quick end. They then sent a message with a fictitious tracking number and the words TRANSPORT COMPANY ONTIME.....but no indication of name or contact details of shipping company. Varobath is not a serious company and you will not receive your order and they will never refund your money. so BEWARE

06.01.2026 I would like to update my review and also respoind to Varobath.PT comments.
The shower enclosures were delivered 20.12.2024. No notice of delivery time or date just left outside the front door. The builders had finished the bathroom less shower enclosure and i was nolonger at the property. Varobath had missed the delivery date by a month. Luckily I could organise someone with a key to bring the packages into the property. Of course no one to check damage or if matches order. I was just about to order two more shower enclosures from a local company ( not my prefered design) so that the builders could come back and finish the job, when I received a message from a neighbour that there were some large packages left by my front door. Varobath had delivered Yes but it was a very unpleasant experience and one that I would never consider doing again. So my comments stand BEWARE. I have documentation to back up my statements, including emails that Varobath .PT never answered to or denied receiving, along with the record of our WhatsApp chats, that show no shipping company name was ever given to me. What use is a shipping number ?? without the companies name and contact details .

Lost more than 1300 € of products. They blocked me and ignore all contacts. Dozens of scam reports at Portal da Queixa in Portugal as well as in Goodle Maps for Varobath. If you are a victim as well, please report to authorities.

Thanks for informing that you had not received the returned shower doors. That is the first time I have been informed of this.

Your courier company TDN attempted to deliver the doors from you last year as stated, but as the doors were no longer needed I agreed to pay the return fee and TDN took the doors back to return to you. I have no documentation for this but I am sure that TDN could provide it to you if requested.
Can you investigate this with TDN as they may still hold your doors.

I purchased shower doors for €298 from Varo Bath in November 2024. I returned the doors as they were late arriving and I had made alternative arrangements in the interim. They agreed the return but with a €60 return fee to be deducted from the refund. I still have not received the refund as of 16.07.2025. I have chased the company more times than I can remember. I do not know how this company is still trading with such a poor service. I am considering filing a report with the EU consumer unit and Spanish police (as I believe they are based in Spain) even though it will steal even more time from my life. If anyone from Varo Bath or Next Bath 2025 is reading this, this is your last chance to provide my refund - PLEASE REFUND - Order No: #132046
