Be very careful and avoid if you can!
I ordered a Mitsubishi heat pump through Megaflis. Megaflis pushed us toward this company. The product itself is fine, but the follow-up service was a nightmare. I paid the full installation cost to Megaflis.
Before the installation, I spoke with two people and specifically asked what was needed before they arrived and whether there would be any extra charges. They said everything was fine.
After the installation, I received an invoice for almost 2,000 NOK in extra charges. The strange thing is that the invoice says I agreed to all of this, which of course I didn’t.
Then the issue was bounced back and forth many times between Megaflis and this company, as each put the responsibility on the other party. They claim this was not a “standard installation.” Believe me, by their definition no house is standard. In practice, this seems like a way to extract more money.
In the end, they couldn’t show that I had agreed to the extra cost and offered to come and remove the wall mount and install another type. However, I had already paid the invoice because I received multiple notifications from a debt collector and no meaningful response came from Megaflis or this company.
Avoid them if you can.
