HORRIBLE SERVICE
I placed an order on th 30th November, an order of 100 euros, no less. They make you pay for delivery 8 euros, no matter how much you buy, promising a delivery in 3 to 5 days. Today, 13th December, still no sign of the parcel. They say it is in Madrid, and that I have to be patient, but the info has not changed for days, and they are doing nothing about it! If you make me pay for an express delivery, you should be able to offer a service good enough to stick to deadlines!!!

I had a billing issue, and the CEO Carlton reached out to me directly after I complained. The level of care and attention was unlike anything I've experienced. He not only resolved my issue, but he went the extra mile - gave me a refund and sent out a gift in the post. I highly recommend using this company as they are clearly very genuine and care about their customers. Which in this day and age is a rarity. I will be coming back to them soon.

The cocoa one is great, but the vanilla is absolutely fabulous.
What tastes like a sin but is low calorie, caffeine free, damn delicious and also very good for you ❤️ it's like a deep meditation in a mug.
