If I could put 0 stars I would

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I am absolutely livid. I purchased two silk shirts and, after realizing I needed a larger size, followed their official exchange process to the letter. I returned the original items, and what did I get in return? Total radio silence.
They have completely ghosted me. No response to my emails, no refund, and no exchange. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a blatant scam. I checked Trustpilot far too late, only to find out this is their entire business model; they are sitting at a pathetic 2-star rating for a reason.
They took my money, took the shirts back, and vanished. They are absolute scammers. Do yourself a favor: stay far away and spend your hard-earned money with a legitimate business that won’t rob you. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

I have ordered 3 bathing suits for 175…

I have ordered 3 bathing suits for 175 AUS to my Cape Town apartment on Jan 5th 2026. The order never arrived, the Australian shipper states „clearey thru Customs in Johannesburg Jan. 21st“ but never arrived in Cape Town. Vaquita refuses ANY refund. The label is a total scam! Never order anything or you just loose money!!

Worst customer experience!!!

Worst customer experience!!!

This business is the worst I’ve dealt with for a long time. Their products are not as described, quality is awful for most items, customer service…. What customer service, you need to send your items to he refunded at your own cost, which I can accept, what I can’t accept is over a month now, 4 emails and only one response saying we will review the goods, another email and no response, don’t buy from these crooks!!!
They are appealing to the gay market who expect decent service, good luck as bad word spreads quick!!

Poor quality / impossible returns

I'll start by saying I did order a couple of nice items, that arrived on time. But some items are not as described, and quality very poor. Refund process is almost impossible. I've been waiting a month now and still not been able to do refund.

Missing Items + Ghosting

I've ordered multiple items including a crossbody bag. It was supposed to have an Earphone case with it, but it was nowhere in the package or the bag itself. After messaging them and explicitly telling them it was NOT there, they send me a lazy guide to unpack and basically told me to "look again". I wrote then again that it was not there, but they just ghosted me afterwards.

DO NOT… I REPEAT… DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! I ordered a $90 purse and I NEVER received my order or get my money back nor did they even care to respond to my emails because there’s no customer service phone number. They are just Horrible!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Beware of UK customs charge

Shocking experience ordering from Vaquita The Label. I placed an order worth £145 – one item was out of stock, but no refund was issued until I chased them.

Even worse, the receipt they included still listed the out-of-stock item, meaning I was charged £51 in customs fees – including fees for something they never sent.

When I raised this, I was met with a copy-paste policy about how customs charges aren’t their problem. No accountability, no apology, no offer to cover the difference.

So to be clear: I paid £51 in customs on a £145 order, and still didn’t get everything I paid for.

Definitely won’t be shopping here again – and I’d strongly warn anyone outside the UK to think twice before ordering.

DO NOT ORDER!!

Do not order from these thieves! The clothes look great, but there is no customer service whatsoever. I ordered two shirts in XL, they were extremely small. The returns policy clearly states that you need to contact them first to arrange a return for a refund or exchange. I have emailed them numerous times and contacted them via their Instagram page and they continue to ignore me and soon the 14 day period will have passed and I’m stuck with two shirts that don’t fit. Disgraceful!!!

This company sent my order to a completely wrong country and adress. they never responded to my emails. i had to get my refund through paypal. do not order, this company is a disgrace.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and…

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and have contacted the company multiple times to arrange an exchange. Despite several emails, I’ve received no response at all. Customer service has been completely unresponsive. The product quality is disappointing, and it appears to be cheaply made, likely offshore. Overall, a very poor experience.
