Purchased the Icy Lychee and it didn't work and they responded the same day and sent me two more in its place! Great customer service

I left a review 3 days ago about not being happy with the customer service.
But things were officially settled and they ended up being very helpful in the end. Giving me my refund promptly plus more. So I wanted to go ahead and make sure I made it known that the experience turned out to be pleasant in the end and I will be buying from them again.

This is one of the greatest cape shops I know. Friendly service and a good selection.

I have been vaping now for over a decade. Let's try this again I quit Smoking over a decade ago and switched to vaping. for the past 2-3 years, I have gotten my vape juice exclusively from VaporTech. I trust them and they take care of me. Always on time, I can count on my order to be here in 3 days so when I'm on the last 15ml bottle ah order more.

Also, took advantage of the 50 usd order to get the free shipping and thank you Vtech for the box of swag! I even got my mother to stop smoking using your products and she's been smoking longer than I have been alive. Thanks again VaporTech!

About a month and a half ago I bought two slim heats with the chamber heaters. My initial thoughts on then we're pretty good. The vapour quality is the best I have had, although most of the other batteries I use are cheap. Unfortunately both batteries I bought failed quickly due to the button. When I first got these I could immediately tell the button quality was shear garbage but everything else seemes pretty decent. The feel of the button is just spongy and with a weak tactile response. Unfortunately the button on one of the vapes I bought would just fall down into the case of the vapes. (Not sure how to best discribe it without a picture.) Then stopped working shortly after. The charging port on this one would also shift so i could not charge it without forcing it back into place. And the second one I bought just had the button quit working in it all together. I really wanted to like these vapes but with the poor construction and the super low quality buttons I have to give them one star because without a well functioning button they are useless as the interface is tedious and button based. I also tried to fill out the replacement form but it is only available for the states. I contacted the on site live chat and never got a reply.

Overall construction seems poor
Replacement form can only be filled out for the USA

I was not a customer of VaporTech directly, but purchased thier products through a retailer.

Some of the devices were DOA and VaporTech customer service was quick to fix the problem!

They kept the questions minimal, got the main details like quantities and flavor preferences and immediately responded letting me know they were sending replacements!

Pretty upset when I opened the packages and there was juice everywhere all over the disposable e cigs, to the point where I had to just throw the whole thing away. Had multiple occasions with this thinking things would be fixed.

Shipping is usually 3 to 5 days after I place my order online. Recently it has taken a little bit longer but that is due to The Back-up currently with USPS.

I absolutely love this product. I purchased the lip balm at a store. I noticed that it evened out my lip color. It removed the dark spots I had. Even better..I suffer from cold sores. They get so big sometimes that it looks like I've had lip injections. Not only did these lip balm minimize my outbreaks but it stopped them from getting huge. I would definitely recommend their products.

Love the Vapo! Great flavors, great draw, and delivery is pretty quick too!
