I ordered $75.00 worth of product from Vaporboss so I could receive free shipping. At check out, I was hit with an unexpected $7.50 age verification fee, a $2.50 shipping insurance fee, and a $17.50 shipping charge after buying the required amount for free shipping and entering a code for free shipping. My order totaled $110.00. I reached out twice through email to support and twice through text via the age verification department about these fees. NO ONE has gotten back to me! I refuse to verify my age until they give me the free shipping promised me. If you are going to shop there for the first time, expect to be hit with fees and NO FREE SHIPPING NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE. I'm extremely disappointed and will never shop at vaporboss again. I'll be lucky to ever see my purchase or my money.

First I ordered Vapes on Jan. 3 2024 and still to this day the 17th all I can find out is they were never received by UPS by the tracking number VaporBoss issued. I have emailed them several times about the order and have not gotten any feedback. Then I tried to call every phone number that I could find on them and every time I called them I got a message saying This number cannot be found. So beware ever buying from them there is NO WAY to contact them where someone will respond to you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company HORRIBLE experience.

I have ordered a lot from them. For some reason my order from 3 weeks ago still hasn't been sent. I have sent multiple emails. At first they swear they sent it, now they just ignore me. Don't order from them

I'm having the same issue as another person on here. I received a tracking since January 9th. The only problem is that it's been stuck at "label created" and has not budged. I've written to the company twice but no response. They've taken the money already but I have yet to receive my products. I've sent numerous emails but no response. I've called their number that was provided on my bank account but it doesn't work. I've called another number that I found through the BBB and was able to leave 2 msgs but no ones replied or called back. I have only heard from them once. That email was just asking them if the verify ID went through and they replied and said yes and that they'll send out items shortly. I just went ahead today and filed a claim through my bank for item not received. How hard is it to reply back to a customer? I've also left a review under the BBB and saw that this happened a good amount of time to other clients. Beware!

This use to be the BEST place to order vapes. The shipping was high, but low cost on vapes made up for for it. Now the customer service is MIA. Had multiple caps that didn’t work in my order, but before you could call and they would replace.. now no reply after a week. Vapes are expired and no reply. Sucks they use to be good, but now usuainf another site.

Order placed and credit card was charged. Sent tracking # for UPS label being created, but package was never shipped. Repeated, and I mean repeated emails to the company went unanswered. Product never received.

Was hesitant at first but received my $200 order and arrived on time like I was told highly recommended and will order again from this business.Thank you!!!

What a very reliable and awesome online vape shop! I ordered my Flum Pebbles on Friday December 22nd and thought for sure with the holidays it would be a week at least to receive them, but I got them today, the 26th! They work & taste great and this is now my go to online vape shop for my vape needs! Gotta tell my family & friends too! Thank you & Cheers VB!!

VB has been my best experience ordering disposable vapes online. I would recommend anyone to try them out. I tried a few other websites and have always come back to VB. Here are some pros and cons, imo pros heavily outweigh cons…
PROS- price, selection, shipping times, Chloe reached out personally like others have said, they don’t require you to be home to sign which is nice bcuz I work a lot.
CONS- have to specifically search some vape models to see it on the website it doesn’t appear while browsing maybe it’s due to their large selection, the tracking is weird says label printed most the time even though it has shipped.
