Tried buying from NZ via credit card, which the website ecommerce system didn't like, so called helpdesk in USA who suggested Paypal which worked instantly. Thanks Max.

Did not say anything on the website about products being on back order. It was not until the order was finalized that the back order status was made clear. This is frustrating. It didn't even say which product was on back order. I also paid 40 dollars for express shipping and now have no idea when the package in its entirety will arrive. Hopefully the summit will perform better than the ordering process thus far. Would like to hear from customer service about this asap.

I've been using my vape for a week or so, and it works quite well. If its performance maintains at this level, it will be a very useful backpacking item.

I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. I bought my Summit+ for 150$ and haven't been able to use it. It doesn't work and it was a huge ripoff. DO NOT BUY! Avoid at all costs. I've emailed them and they still haven't been able to rectify the situation.

Thin clouds, not much flavor (this is the first model). Chamber rubber band is a necessity otherwise the chamber lid falls off the the herbal materials gets all over. The magnet is not strong enough. Acceptable performance but not as stellar as the DaVinci IQ, Firefly, Pax, Mighty, all of which are about the same size but better built and better performing.

Honestly I haven't ever posted a review for anything but...I ordered replacement items worth 20 dollars total, paid more than my purchase for shipping and Still haven't seen my items..and called no answer lol 2 times within time frame. (I did get a call back) but I wasn't available to take the call

This was like 10 days ago. Maybe that's normal, if needed by a certain date may be a risk but I'm sure when I eventually get my items they'll be high quality..

Even though the no longer carried a product I ordered from a distribution partner, they mailed me an upgraded version at no cost. Great customer service!

Easy to use, Small and portable, Has a temperature range, stays charged for a good amount of time. Mine came with the poke stick and I love that.

I show it to my friends all the time and a few of them have bought one too. I know vape pens are popular now but I just don't think they taste as good and getting fills is inconvenient. I love having actual greens in hand so this has been great for me.
