They went all dark. Don't order nothing from them

Sorry to say, but it looks like Vapesale24 is closed by local police, they were selling nicotine products illegal. Would suggest to not place orders, because their webpage are still up and running

Well, Im not sure what is happening there, but this is not a scam. I have been ordering there since April every month, but now it seems, that they have problems.

Placed an order on 30th of November. Paid as usually with ApplePay. Order number WQBGFMRXN.

Usually in took them to process and send me my order approx 1 or 2 day. No its 4th day, customer support not answering and the still didnt send me my order.

Hope, that they will get back on track soon. It was the only place from where I was able to order nic salt liquids to Portugal.

UPD: yeah. Closed by police. Thanks to the Trustpilot community. Oh fu**. Contacted my bank and trying to get my money back. Hope, that they will approve it.

Absolutely dissapointed of the service. Ordered couple of times. Everything was fine. But last order from 25.11 still shows Error with Shipment. Tried to contact with CS by Emails, Live chat, SMS - with no any luck! And as i see from the comments, i'm not only on who experience this problem! Sad, that company has not wrote any Update at Main page on their site.... sad and very dissapointed. Not sure if i will make an order next time...

Fairly good prices, i have ordered from this store 2 times and the first time i got a faulty product, but they gave me a coupon for the price of the broken product. Second time went very smoothly.

This is my third time ordering and it has been 5 business days since i ordered the product and paid via bank transfer. I have messaged the support on SMS, and on the websites support tab. No response from the support and it has been 2 days...

I will change to 4 stars if you respond to the messages and send the products within next week.

Everything was okay, i have ordered 10 times from here no issues. But i ordered a vape a week ago, it says delivery in progress. But when i click on the tracking link, it says its still at them. I dunno if this is because its black friday or?
And also. The phone number, email and technical support doesn't answer. What?

Bought 21 times (as far as order history shows), never had an issue. Items were good and came fast. Turned out to be my go-to vape supply store. On the 24th of November, I contacted the delivery company why was my parcel being redirected back to the vendor, they confirmed the items were broken during transit. VapeSale24 hasn't responded ever since, placed another order in the hopes of receiving a refund from the previous one and continuing on a good note. 30Eur charged, second order hasn't processed since 29th. Often times the items were shipped on the same day.

I placed an order about 4 days ago, Status is still on payment received support does not answer. Totally left in the dark here

After doing a lot of digging it looks like one of the people working at the company left, the company only had 2 people registered to it. Phone number is not active so i am quite sure this is a scam

The support isn't responding. 2days have passed.

Placed an order on 21 nov. Received tracking nr, but it package has not been passed to DPD. Support doesn't answer.

I have ordered many times from here but it seems the costumer support has went down hill. The online chat is always offline and no one responds there. I have been waiting for my shipment confirmation for 6 days now. DONT buy from them!

First time purchase and it takes really long to get here to Belgium it’s in transit for 5days should I be worried I send first email but then I read that you must in chat button on webiste don’t answer anything what is this ? I read in week that the are working i simple need answers now I email otther because vapesale don’t answer just de don’t I know now that I don’t buy here first of all it takes long wich i understand but If you want answers about anything it takes long now for now still no answer it’s just not good you must be there for your online customers! Don't buy anything here! They send totally different items then the ones that are advertised and you can't get in contact with them nor return the items. If you don't want to get scammed you don't buy anything here. Hard lesson learned.

Great customer service! Packet took 10 working days to reach Sweden,so order a while in advance before you run out. Great variety of good quality products i cant find in Sweden. Will definitely order again.
