Logistic is not good and should be better, but communication and problem slowing will is present.

Update: waited for 2,5 weeks, after the package came i took it. Fun part is that after 2 inhales the vapes were dead. Have asked about an refund, they said:,,We do not do them" got a coupon insteed for 5 euro. Plot twist: delivery costs 7 euro for me...

last time completely satisfied with the products.. this time only 3 out of 5 vapes work. Message sent. I receive a message that you will not receive a warranty because they do not receive a warranty either, so it is apparently a gamble whether they work or not.. I have doubts. whether I should order again

This is an e-mail I got from them:
"Why you are not reading about delivery times and where from coming parcels before you order??
You do not need to contact couriers."

I did not say that I contacted a courier and just asked if there isn't a mistake with my tracking info.

Placed my order on saturday, vapes were delivered next wednesday. Good communication on site and by mail (track and trace) I live in the Netherlands.

Goods was not delivered, and company asked to pay additional fee for delivery

Very satisfied with the product itself. Great coconut flavours. The only mistake I did was, purchasing on Thursday. Vape store shipped on Friday as promised, but delivery itself got on hold for weekend by Venipak. Arrived on next friday and got on hold once again for a weekend in venipak Estonian terminal. so total time to receive package in Estonia was 11 days after payment. Next time I will make purchase in beginning of the week then it should arrive in 7 days actually. Overall very happy with product and Chat was very helpful and fast to answer on any questions. Salute to the guys who made it happen!

I live in lapland Finland so i was a bit nervous would this work but everything went smoothly, they dont update your order status before day 5 or something like that so no need to start worrying before that, it took 12 days to lapland, witch isnt super fast but not bad either. All the products were ok.

At first my order didn't go through but the money had still left my account. I contacted the admins and they told me it would take some time for the order to process. Eventually I got the order confirmation ja my order shipped in a week. Customer services were okay but unfortunately one of the vapes was broken. The others works perfectly fine tho.

Guys who put low stars to this shop own a very little pp;) i have ordered many times and pacage always came to me!!!!
