Absolutely brilliant service would highly recommend. Usually use the shop in Biggleswade where the staff are outstanding and since lockdown have used the delivery service which is 100% reliable .

These guys are always happy to help
I used to drop in to Vapertrails on a monthly basis to get new bits of kit or juice. These guys are always happy to help, informative and go the extra mile with service.Since the Pandemic I have been buying online from them to stay away from the shops. Once again the turnaround times have been fantastic, always arrives on time which during these times cant be said for many company's . Cant recommend them enough.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
I live in Chatteris and I will always travel to a Vapertrails store rather than using one in town, I’ve been to the one in St.Ives a couple of times now and they’re all really lovely in there. Have recommended them to a few of my friends who now use the St.Ives shop aswell, love that they do a stamp card! And points online! And even better they’re open for collection during Covid-19 so I don’t have to buy my vape things off amazon or eBay :)

I dropped my vape and smashed the glass. Was in a state of panic! I ordered some new glass and it came the within a day.I phoned the St Ives branch and they were so helpful even given me instructions over the phone when the on/off button stopped working. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.
