If you get your order on time - great. If there are any issues, it is nearly impossible to get to those guys. No one ever picks up the phone. The chat option on the website is a joke, no response in the chat window ever, it is an empty function, not hooked up to anything, not being monitored. Be prepared to send numerous follow ups to your original email because you get no response, and then maybe a few days later they respond with oh so old we-are-very-busy excuse. Yeah, I use that excuse at work too when I don’t feel like working on the request but get taps on the shoulder so eventually I respond with sorry-i-was-busy. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never again will I ever order from them.

Vapepapa.com is a SCAM!! Do not order from them. I got five "Breeze Pros" for $96.44 and they tasted like hot mechanical garbage... I emailed the BreezeSmoke.Com and they said, "We’d like to clarify that we are not affiliated with Vapepapa.com in any way and do not sell products to them." They are selling you poison and it's funny because Google was recommending them and showing only positive reviews.

Absolutely the worst. DO NOT BUY from them. Will not refund money.

They are a scam , never received vapes , i spent $65 on 3 Raz vapes. Used coupon , said should ship same day and arrive in 3 to 5 days. We are on day 9 and nothing. Shop elsewhere !!!

No communication!! After putting an order in on 3-1-25 and after contacting them many times with one short response saying they’d get back with me (which they didn’t) I finally received my order on 3-14. Fast reliable shipping NOT!! I will never shop here again. Kendra Ockerman

It’s a scam. I bought two orders and it was fine. The third time I spent about $600 and never got the package… never got anything from them.. this was 2 months ago. They replied to my emails then they just ghosted.

Nah I ain't going to lie, I did not think this website was legit. I got my order in like 2 days and it has a scanner thing on the box to show its legit and after scanning, it is. My new place to get vapes. Wish they had the 25k puff raz brand but it's okay, it'll do for now. Definitely recommend!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!! Do NOT order from this site! They steal your money. They have been reported! Ordered 5 breeze vapes and confirmed address for shipping. They sent UPS tracking and everything! Complete Scam!

this website is a scam. I ordered vapes for 110$. They charged me. they created a tracking number on UPS but never delivered the package to UPS. called the on their listed telephone number and on their online chat never picked up or answered, after two days they emailed me saying that it seems package was lost in the mail. The package was never delivered to UPS for shipping in the first place. WATCH OUT THEY ARE SCAMERS
