Nonexistent customer service
If you get your order on time - great. If there are any issues, it is nearly impossible to get to those guys. No one ever picks up the phone. The chat option on the website is a joke, no response in the chat window ever, it is an empty function, not hooked up to anything, not being monitored. Be prepared to send numerous follow ups to your original email because you get no response, and then maybe a few days later they respond with oh so old we-are-very-busy excuse. Yeah, I use that excuse at work too when I don’t feel like working on the request but get taps on the shoulder so eventually I respond with sorry-i-was-busy. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never again will I ever order from them.
