I am writing to formally raise a complaint about my recent experience with VapeLocal. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, spending over £10,000 on your website, but I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue was handled.
I placed one order by mistake and immediately contacted your team, requesting a replacement, an exchange, or at least an alternative solution. Unfortunately, my request was refused. On top of this, I asked to speak to the manager — my phone number was taken, but nobody ever called me back. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Additionally, I have repeatedly faced delivery delays with my orders, which has caused further frustration.
I expect this complaint and my attached review to be passed directly to your manager. If I do not receive a response, I will escalate this matter by sharing my experience publicly on review platforms (such as Trustpilot) and reporting it to consumer protection authorities.
