Always 10/10 service! Royal Mail have lost my order but VC didn’t hesitate to post out a replacement using an alternative courier. Cannot recommend them enough!

5 Stars. Been using vape club for 3 years amd everything from ordering, to buying, to shipment times has been nothing short of consistent, reliable, and speedy. They have a great (free!) automatic loyalty point system which imo in 2026, is very generous. The few times I’ve had issues their customer service agents (Colin being a shining example!) go above and beyond to rectify the issue and its usually fixed on the same day you bring it up.

I bought a vape for £17 for my wife, and the day she got it, it didn't work without the liquid going into her mouth.
I contacted them for a refund and was told that it must have been my fault!
