If I had looked Vapeazy up on Trustpilot first , I would certainly would have looked elsewhere. But I didn’t look elsewhere and boy am I glad I didn’t.
Perfect from start to finish, super fast and tracked delivery, order arrived super fast so when I come here to leave a review I’m really taken aback how it’s pretty much 50/50 on the one stars and 5 star reviews because I had no issues whatsoever.

SCAM avoid. I ordered on Sunday and the website states

“All orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the following working day.
This means if you make an order on Sunday with a next day delivery option, it will be posted Monday and with you on Tuesday.”

I paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 so was expecting the delivery on Tuesday. On Monday evening tracking came through but all it says is that Royal Mail are expecting the parcel which to me indicates it’s not been sent. I emailed on Wednesday after nothing had changed on the tracking and this has been ignored! The phone number on the website is not in use and goes straight to voicemail. I have asked for a refund and no doubt that will be ignored aswell so I will be escalating this. It’s now Friday and the tracking is still the same. I’ve ordered elsewhere and it’s coming today. I have no doubt that if they do contact me they will blame Royal Mail, they are still using Covid as an excuse in the emails. It’s not Royal Mail it’s them that haven’t sent it! It’s a big Scam and by paying for a postage label they are claiming it’s being sent but it hasn’t they have just pocketed our money. Scum of the earth. Seems I’m not the first either, we should check reviews before we buy. Most other sites offer free postage on an order my size because they ain’t scammers so better using them anyway.

This has actually been a pretty decent purchase. The vape was a very good price. Delivery was delayed but this was due to Royal Mail so not the company’s fault. When I emailed them they responded straight away so can’t fault them

Was worried after reading some reviews but I was very happily surprised when my full order was delivered 2 days after ordering. Will definitely be using again cheers.

Instantly cancelled my order and took my money. Now they ignore me on customer service, absolute scam don’t go near!

I ordered strawberry ice kilo pods. I received strawberry in the strawberry ice packaging. I know the difference as I’ve bought both in the past. I called the number on their website. And spoke with a very unprofessional half asleep man. Who told me to contact them via email. I understand there has been a shortage of the strawberry ice, blue raspberry ice pods but it isn’t ok to package up strawberry vape pods and try and sell them off as strawberry ice. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. I will be using Vape uk in the future as they seem more legitimate and professional. I’ll just wait for their stock to come in. I don’t trust vapeasy after this and will not be ordering from them again.

Disappointed. Order just before Christmas and said was dispatched the day after. Have tried to contact the company and have had no response. My order still hasn't turned up and that is taking into account the bank holidays.

Ive bought from them on three occasions. Buying a total of 15+ vapes and twice was sent dead vapes (disposables) and one email explaining and they sent out a new one next day. Cant beat that really. Customer service is prompt.

Either a scam company or they just don't care about how they treat their customers. Either way, avoid like the plague!
Ordered, paid for next day delivery, it didn't turn up, told me I would receive it the following day with something complimentary for the delay. Following day is here and it still hasn't been marked as dispatched and they are ignoring my calls and messages!

Scam company. Have now refunded for the items but not the shipping, even though they were never shipped!

Purchased some Samsung 25r batteries and the first lot didn't show up (Royal mails fault) so they resent them without asking any questions these ones did come but unfortunately were either faulty or more likely counterfeit so the company again sent me out some more batterys (Samsung 30q instead tho as they where contacting the supplier about the 25r) which fortunately work perfectly and are legit. I felt terrible having to complain about the batteries after they've already sent two lots out but they were very nice and sorted the issue immediately so I would highly recommend them as in my experience you can only tell how good a company is when you have an issue, the only thing I wouldn't recommend is buying Samsung 25rs from anywhere bar maybe fogstar as thanks to a shortage of the ligit batteries the market has been flooded with fakes and even genuine retailers can fall victim to this. The other great thing is they use laybuy as a payment method meaning you can break the payment into smaller bits perfect if you're really in need of some juice or coils but don't have the money there and then I'm hoping more vape retailers will follow suit.
