I bought something here 50 pounds
I bought something here 50 pounds. Customs say the documents were not correct and sent it back. This Site only refund 20 pounds . Avoid them if not in the say country.

Absent customer service
They advertise 24/7 customer service yet after receiving only half of an order they can’t respond to emails and their phone just rings out. Never had to deal with their customer service team before and thank goodness for that cause they’re obviously terrible at their job. After this gets resolved think I’ll shop elsewhere

Elf prefilled pods
Ordered Elf prefilled pods but are unboxed so can't check expiry date they taste vile and don't look like or taste like the genuine Elf pods NOT IMPRESSED

No expiry dates or full packaging
Ordered elf bar pods, they arrived not in their outer packaging. Tried a couple of the pods and they don’t taste normal but I can’t check the dates due to not having the boxes. They also sent me less than I ordered- 11/12 sent. (I have contacted them regarding this and will happily update if this was a one-off or is resolved)
On the website it implies 7 day dispatch in the banner but on a side tab it says dispatch Monday-Friday.
EDIT 03-01-25: They have accepted my request for a refund and say it is usual for them to not provide outer packaging to rescue shipping costs.

Waranty is a scam
I bought Smok Vape Mod, after couple of weeks mog stopped working at all. I contact shop for waranty support. They said that i should find some local shop myself and that maybe they fix it. After i asked what about my waranty they said its only for UK. Ive been just scammed.

I'm an OAP and can be extremely critical when it comes down to companies I use when purchasing goods on line. However, I feel that I have to make people aware that this particular company is outstanding in many important areas - for this they have gained my total respect.
Their customer service is exceptional, their prices are amazing and they offer free, lightening delivery with just a £5.00 min. spend - a welcome and refreshing change!
I have no hesitation in recommending this company as being first class all round. Well Done!

Vape 360 Review.
Have been using Vape 360 for 1yr+. Prices and deals are extremely competitive. THE BIGGEST DRAW IS NO POSTAGE CHARGES, (NO £ LIMIT), unless you want your stuff yesterday!! They are a small UK company with amazing Customer Service. I would recommend without hesitation.

Fab family run company
Used this family run company for quite awhile now. Recently had an issue with an order placed (possibly fault on RoyalMails side) so reordered and the same thing happened again. Contacted Vape360 and explained what had happened. They couldn’t do enough to rectify the issue, would deal with Royal Mail themselves (saving me another call to them) and also resent both my orders by 24hr delivery, which was received. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. Can’t fault this company at all.

Vape 360 Scam Alert
Scam Alert. Ordered vape and wasnt delivered for 2 weeks. I told them 10 times that I dont want a replacement yet they sent me a package and now expecting me to return me when I havent even received it. They keep annoying me with emails everyday. Absolute scammers. Please do not order from this site, save yourself.

OK company until you have a problem with your purchase
I've used Vape360 quite a few times and never had a problem...until something went wrong.
I bought a new Smok Species from Vape360 and everything was fine.
Around 4 weeks after the purchase I was using it as normal, it put it down after a vape then when I next picked it up it was not working and had a white screen. I tried everything to get it working but it was faulty.
I sent an email to Vape360 telling them the vape had just packed in working after 4 weeks of regular use and their response was "Sorry this order is now outside of the return period, try changing the batteries and good luck with it"
I responded by explaining again what had happened and that the vape must be faulty as it broke so quickly without anything out of the ordinary happening to it...but they have ignored me ever since. Its been a month now and I've heard nothing from them.
So ive had to buy yet another vape from somewhere else.
I will NOT be using Vape360 ever again
