It was a good idea to have shipping…

It was a good idea to have shipping protection, I do think its a shame that you have to feel you need it after all your order shouldn't go missing ?.
But my previous order did go missing Evri said delivered to my address on 24th December but it wasn't, it did however turn up two days ago .But I did get shipping insurance in case it happened again.The website its self is very good and shipping your orders quickly and vapes are great and good value for money thankyou .

Sent out the wrong vapes. Spoke to customer service and the best they could offer was 30% back in store credit. Won't be using this company again

Apple blackcurrant nic liquid

First time I've tried this flavour & it it nice flavour & satisfying.
Will definitely purchase again.
Also I've been using Vape360 for quite some time & I am very happy with the service. I do not use any other company cos Vape 360 is the better one

Order Not Received & No Response from Vape360

Have been using Vape360 for a couple of months but I am frustrated at my latest experience. My order was allegedly shipped on 4th December but as of today 8th December the Royal Mail Tracking is still showing item not received!! I have tried 3 times to find out what is happening including via WhatsApp but 0 reply!

My last order took 5 days until I…

My last order took 5 days until I finely received the order. And as I had to pay with my uber account my 2 vapes cost me nearly £40 . So I hope you understand my disappointment with the order.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, they accidentally sent me the wrong order and it was over £100 as soon as I contacted them to say they had sent me the wrong flavour they resent the correct order and it arrived the next day
Even Before I returned the large order that was sent

Can't give any higher praises pleasure

My experience i was blown away with how quick customer service got in touch with me. My items had been impounded wrongly by royal mail. They sorted my order out and even gave me extra vapes. Honestly over the moon with how great this company is for sure I will be of custom to them for the forseeable. Really really happy received my items in such a short space of time also. I had a issue with the delivery company…

I had a issue with the delivery company they gave it to a neighbor instead and only received it Monday in the end but wasn't any fault to this vape company, they delivered in time,it was packaged well and the coils are good exactly what I normally use and a very good price thank you
