The item sent, however, does not meet what I had expected from the description as advertised on your website. Would never have had ordered the part if I had known that it was a 3D printed part. We work Monday through Friday. Sometimes your friday email will be answered on Monday because it's to busy.... A little understanding of the busy schedule would be nice
