After concerns about very mixed reviews, I decided to order the 120 x 47 creme-colored velvet panel system for our guest suite & am excited & relieved to say, it’s terrific! The product was delivered in a timely manner & intact, the quality is good, the assembly was a breeze & the look is elegant & sophisticated. I’m so pleased!

I purchased 16 metallic gold panels 4 years ago, and was very pleased with the finished result.. easy to install and a beautiful statement in the bedroom.
A few of the panels did succumb to small scratches/wear and tear, and after contacting. Vant, showing the damage,they kindly replaced 4 panels without any fuss.

I ORDER 5 BOXES I ONLY USED 4 THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT MY RETURN BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE OUTER SHIPPING BOX THEY WAS SENT IN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ITS ABSURD THAT A COMPANY CAN'T SEND YOU A NEW SHIPPING LABEL. 30 DAY REFUND YEA RIGHT!

After delays receiving any shipment notifications and attempting to contact support I finally received the platform bed in one box size king. The box was torn open, badly damaged and there were no screws or instructions and just one metal plate that fell out the box. Support gives themselves a 48 hour window to respond. Terrible experience. The FedEx driver could barely carry the box. We had to help!

I found these online describes as leather. Got them delivered and opened them only to discover they were the probably cheapest grade vinyl known to mankind. I called Custer service and was told and I quote “you should have known by the price that it wasn’t real leather.” The price was $1500.00 Not only were they rude, but disrespectful, unhelpful and just generally arrogant. I returned the shoddy, cheaply made product and discovered they charged me a $350 restock fee for THEIR misrepresentation of their product. Stay away from scam artists.

The worst customer service quality is very bad. I received the order with broken parts and they didn’t offer me a discount. I told them I wanted to return the order but they want to charge me a return shipping fee.

Just installed 2 lots one in master bedroom and 1 in guest room. Both look amazing. We installed them ourselves and as long as you don’t rush and get the bottom row level they are very easy to fit. Would recommend 2 people needed for installation.

The panels are fine. However, also bought a down pillow. The price was nearly$300 and supposedly medium firm. The fill does not appear near high enough for this price point and the pillow is very soft. Never used it and returned it but they make you pay for the shipping and charge a 10% restocking fee. Pretty ridiculous. Imagine the return policy is the same for the panels so beware.

Purchased last month in olive green color. I cannot comment on the installation difficulty as I hired my handyman to install them. He did it rather quickly and with no issues. The velvet is high-quality and the color is amazing. Combined it with inexpensive low IKEA bed since the emphasis is on the "headboard." The whole installation has a luxurious look-and-feel. Better than I expected. Thank you.

These panels are not easy to install as advertised.

I can’t say enough about how much I love my Vant bench! I searched for quite some time to replace one in front of our fireplace and not only is it absolutely beautiful, the perfect size and extremely comfortable, shopping through Vant could not have been made easier. I had a choice of the material for its metal legs/frame, either brushed nickel or brass, choosing the brass, I was also given numerous seat materials to choose from, which I was able to get samples of and narrow down to the one we ultimately chose, the Zigrino in oyster which is beautifully elegant and substantial, something that will endure years of wear and it’s price point was excellent. Their customer service was impeccable, speaking directly with them anytime I had a question and getting quick responses to my emails, they were knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Vant and I’m so glad to have discovered them; I really love my beautiful bench!

I ordered my first set of panels 2 years ago and am just about to order more. I've used them to create hotel-style oversized wall mounted headboards and they look great. I'm based in the UK and delivery has always been quick - within 2-3 working days.

This company advertised a bed and panels as “vintage leather” once I recovers the product and discovered it was a very poor quality vinyl, I contacted customer service who were extremely discourteous and rude. The rep explained to me that I should’ve know by the price that it wasn’t leather and that I could return the product for a refund minus $350. She then refused to put me in contact with anyone in management so that I could attempt to fairly resolve the situation. I ended up losing $350 through no fault of my own.

We ordered two 39" floating nightstands, we read reviews. We did not mount them to the Vant Panels, we confirmed this was possible before shipment. The unit is very solid & heavy! You MUST install back panel on two studs! The drawer is so heavy and projects out, it will rip it right out of the wall. You will need two people to install. It is not the friendliest to install, nor is it engineered to be installer friendly. The back panel mounts to studs, they give you slots to screw into studs. The drawer "rests" on a wood Z bracket and you have to open the drawer to screw the drawer into the two threaded holes. Pulling out the drawer creates additional weight and it will pull off the z bracket and fall, damaging your wall and molding. You need someone to hold and support the drawer on the Z bracket while someone underneath tries to find the holes behind the drawer. Minimal engineering was done for this design, so many small things make it a real pain to install. Drawer does not come out to install housing, making it heavier. No option for level adjustment after install. If one of your two studs aren't within the horizontal mounting slots, you have to drill into/through the solid panel and sink the screw or it will interfere with the drawer mount. The screws are cheap and awful, any force will strip them! Drill pilot holes or buy your own quality screws. The Z bracket should be deeper for better stability & support the weight of the drawer being opened. When installed, drawer does not fully open, limiting its functionality. The drawer stops are pretty far back (my guess is this is done as the two threaded drawer mounting holes would not stand up to the extra pull of extended weight). As some other reviewers have stated, Vant does not do an adequate job of quality control. One back mount panel was missing the internal metal thread piece in order to mount the drawer. The other back mount panel (or the drawer itself) is not level. The back panel is level on the wall, but the nightstand itself is off-level by 1/8". The way its designed, there are only two holes (not slots) to mount the drawer to, there is no ability to adjust anything. Overall, they are ok. Eventually we will be replacing them; it's too bad as we really wanted to like them, they look very nice. After it's all done, I just don't trust the engineering or the quality; we don't put anything heavy, no leaning or bumping. Its too bad as with a bit of engineering and some form of quality control, it could've been a great product!

Everything about this bed and panels set — from the quality to the speed of delivery to the ease of construction — well surpassed my expectations. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the quality and unbelievable low pricing of this item. Thank you very much, Vant team, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My order of the Vant platform white dove king size bed was swift. It arrived quick, so much earlier than I expected. Instructions what to do before unpacking was included just in case a return is inevitable. I followed the instructions specially so that the box has torn parts. The inside package was sturdy though. Assembly was quick. My husband did it all by himself. Will definitely order from Vant again.

Bought Panels and bed. Very satisfied.

I ordered 2 in distressed gray. Both had obvious areas where the stain wasn’t fully completed or had chipped/wiped off… I’m not sure which but it’s noticeable. Hard to tell as the look is distressed, but this was more than distressed. The biggest problem is one of the night stands drawer wouldn’t close and it appeared to be bent (I think it got dropped damaging the drawer frame). As far as overall design it’s ok and is really short. I believe that it would be 4 to 5” taller. Also the design of the drawer pull makes it hard to open. For the cost I’m disappointed! Vant is sending me 2 more (waiting and waiting), but I’m not sure I want them.
