i sent ticket on 6 april and today its around 3 week and they still said ( We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration regarding the wait time.

Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to expedite the process. We kindly ask for a little more patience while our team continues to work on your case. )

i opened acc 6 april on NY server and them opened server for another contry .. so i sent ticket why that garbage issue and now its 3 week and them still cant even solve it what a shame

The broker blocked all my accounts

The broker blocked all my accounts (7 accounts). At the same time, I have been working for them for about 2 years and have not violated any rules. He is not responding to requests. Withdrawal of money from brokerage accounts has become impossible.

This company is fairly good

This company is good, but their support agents are very bad. They blocked my account without explanation. I spoke with support, and they told me that I violated the client agreement and that my trades were suspicious. But the problem is that my account was empty and I did not trade with it, and when I wanted to deposit, I found my account restricted and blocked without explanation.

help centreMisleading Bonus Terms and Unfair Bonus Removal - Account


I am extremely disappointed with Vantage's bonus transparency. I deposited funds based on a 100% Deposit Bonus promotion, but I only received 25%.

More importantly, as soon as my Equity dropped due to market movement, the entire bonus was immediately withdrawn by the company. This caused a premature stop-out and prevented me from managing my positions. It is highly misleading to offer a bonus that disappears exactly when the trader needs it most to support their margin.

I request a full investigation into why the 100% was not applied and why the bonus does not support the equity during drawdowns.

The Quiet Crook

This broker has a huge client base, one of the largest forex brokers, and I thought I was safe from scams. But now, after almost a year of trading on 20 accounts with this broker, I'm receiving a message saying I can't transfer funds. The broker doesn't even notify me, meaning I could trade for several more years without realizing that my profile has already been blacklisted, and they'll never give me back the money I earned the hard way, creating my own automated trading systems and endlessly testing. They simply remain silent, and you only find out you've been blocked when you try to withdraw your funds. This is the most vile behavior I've ever encountered.
