I am very disappointed with the false information recorded about my visit to Vantage Pharmacy. I went there for a blood test, and my blood pressure was checked (reading 131). I agreed to wear a 24-hour blood pressure monitor, which was fitted on me. The next day, as I was not feeling well, my daughter returned the monitor for me.
To my surprise, the report to my GP now claims I declined the test, which is completely untrue. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable and damaging. I expect more honesty and professionalism from a healthcare provider.
