I bought an easy go three wheeler for…

I bought an easy go three wheeler for 8500 euro and month ago and now the electronics stopped working rendering it useless. I contacted Vanraam and they said that I must talk to the dealer, Mango Mobility, but they are impossible to deal with. I am now stuck with an 8500 euro bike that doesn't work at all. Terrible customer service for an inferior product.

Excellent service

Chris was flexible and helpful, bringing more adapted Van Raam cycle models than we'd requested which was so helpful in letting us trial potential micro mobility solutions for a major council project. He arrived promptly and the cycles were in great condition and fully charged. Fantastic to work with - really appreciate him coming all this way from York. Thanks Chris!
