I had an outstanding experience with Van Ninja. Every staff member was professional, and the whole process was simple and easy. I bought a quality Ford Transit from them in November, and it was a breath of fresh air compared to so many other companies you just can’t trust. A special shout-out to Emma, who was my first point of contact and showed me around, she’s an absolute asset to the team. Overall, Van Ninja is definitely a company you can trust if you’re looking for a new vehicle. Highly recommend them!

Bought a used van from Van Ninja last week and Brian from the Stockton branch was my contact, he was the perfect balance of helpful and friendly, a pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.
Everything was well explained he made the whole process easy for me and he was pretty patient too as I changed my mind numerous times before deciding on the right van

I went to multiple dealerships before I came across VanNinja - Jay Rowlingson in particular was my van sales salesperson. He was very very efficient very attentive and to be honest just - very calm bloke. He didn’t put any pressure on me to buy or purchase and yeah, just a genuine top man, which made me want to buy a vehicle. He put a new MOT on it, re-racked the back of the van looked after the van all that stuff he even helped me clean my own rental vehicle before returning it to to the rental store so yeah above and beyond top man, thank you.

The personal service and attention to requirements was perfect. I know nothing about vehicles but it didn’t matter as Jay understood what I needed and everything. I’ll be recommending and already have recommended van ninja

Found the van online the website and called to look at it the same day. They run a rental/lease business nationwide and this was one of their fleet vans for sale. It had been carefully looked after and went through their workshop to ensure it was perfect for sale. Steve went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork was spot on. John made himself available so we could pick it up on a Saturday morning as well. Brilliant professional service! Would recommend to anyone.

I've purchased a good few vans in my day and I can certainly say this was one of my best experiences. Stephen and the team provided a top quality service and a top quality product. Very satisfied.

I traveled from Scotland down to Milton Keynes to pick up a van, and the communication on there behalf was great, I would highly recommend getting a van from them as they are honest and friendly.
