Since this was my first time purchasing an EV, I had a lot of questions, but Wessel took the time to explain every detail of the process, ensuring I fully understood everything. He never rushed me and made me feel completely confident in my decision. His knowledge and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Wessel to anyone looking for expert guidance and a stress-free car-buying experience!
Edit: The after sales connection to the person on queries is okay at best - meaning they won't go overboard or walk the extra mile for the customer (don't expect that)

We came to Van Mossel for their wide selection of occasion (used) VWs. The cars were in great condition and the number of vehicles available allowed us to pick out exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson, Wessel, was happy to work with us in English. He had a quick answer for every question we had about the cars and did not pressure or apply any of the sales tactics we are accustomed to at US dealers. Van Mossel is up front about their pricing. They offered reasonable extended warranty and maintenance plans and delivered the car to us after completing basic maintenance included in the cost. Highly recommended!
