So far they suck. Slow to ship if they ship at all. Customer communication is more than awful

DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order for a shirt 2 months ago and have not received it. I have emailed them several times with no reply. However, they were very prompt in their charging if my credit card! At this point I have given up ever seeing a refund or my order.

I made an order of AUD115 for perfume & mascara samples, wanting to try before purchasing full size. Two mascara arrived rock hard & had to be thrown away. ZERO customer service which should tell you everything about this company. No replies to my many emails !

NEGATIVE STARS!!! I wish I had known about the TrustPilot website before purchasing anything from Vanity Feel. Zero customer service and the pictures are completely FALSE advertisements!! There needs to be legal action for capitalizing on real brands on their website but delivering knockoff items after overcharging and then neglecting us!! Business needs to be shut down and accountable for poor-quality products, services, and FRAUD. The audacity to require additional fees for returns on their defective item is absolutely repulsive.

I recently made an order from this store. I had never heard of the site before. And after seeing the Vanity Feel home page, thought there was no way this site was selling the product I had paid for. I seen the reviews, and was nothing but negative. I received my sweater (NHL hockey team) as expected, and faster than the 2-3 week wait expected. It's my first time buying from them, I can't speak on others experiences. But, mine went well, and received what I was expecting

This is a drop ship business from China with an Italian face on it.
I waited 29 days for dress...which if you squint and look out your left eye could be the dress I saw online, except it came silver when I ordered gold - and if course it doesn't fit. 'Returns policy is 30 days. Customer support is thin on the ground. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm down £60 and have a silver £5 frock that wouldn't fit my dog.

After spending £10 sending it to Italy, only to ve told on tracking 'no one is in' on the tracking info, and a further flurry of emails, they have refunded me! Yippee!

Ordered a The Five mug- their website says they guarantee their merchandise- the cup is faded and the imprint is on the wrong side- emailed them 3 times with no response— beware of this company- wish their advertisement could be removed from social media!!!!!!🤬

The store is a scam! Basically the same as all other reviews on here. Ordered a dress, it’s nothing like the picture. It’s cheap and poorly made. Took way too long to get here. I’ve emailed 3 times to get it returned and they don’t respond. I left a review on the website but those reviews don’t show up. What’s weird is before I bought the dress, I felt like I saw reviews from “satisfied customers” but not there are zero reviews

We ordered "THE FIVE " coffee mugs. It took almost 3 weeks to get order.
We discovered that they were made in China and each had a defect - one had a thumb print and other had like a stripe down one side.
We asked to return them but Vanity Feel ignored our request for info on how to do so. They simply ignore our emails. Would not ever buy from them again.

I ordered a dress and the pic shows it drapes on the floor but it stops at my feet so it's not as beautiful. The picture of the top looks cotton but I got more of a thinner see through top. Their pictures are misleading because that is not what you are getting. Also I left a review and it keeps saying that dress has no reviews so they not being honest and posting all reviews.

Ordered a dress on 12/15...one month later and still haven't received my order. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a dress to give as a christmas present on 12/10/2019. As of 1/7/2020 I've received nothing! Sent sent three emails since the 30 th, still waiting! Won't be buying from them again! They don't even rate 1 star!
