I purchased a Elko Cold plunge bath and be WARNED

BE WARNED. I purchased a Elko Cold plunge bath and chiller from Vanity Art under the trade name of Doodip.
It seems that Vanity Art are not specialist in this type of product and have provided an extremely poor aftersales service as after very little use my chiller unit has stopped working. The unit was purchase just over a year ago and as we are seasonal visitors the unit has only been used for a 4month period.
Vanity Art have offered a replacement chiller for $1750 advising me as a special price reduced from $2299. They can not, however; prove to me the original price either on a price list or a distributor or retailer listing.
To make matter worst they are unable to provide any specification for the chiller and could only provide a picture.
Please be warned this is company who has no right to be supplying very expensive Plunge baths without any understanding of the specifications of what they are selling. This has been an EXTREMELY costly experience.
