This is the best, most honest and ethical online magic dealer I've ever dealt with. I submitted a highly negative review of a product that I had purchased from them, and they not only agreed with me and removed the product from their website, but they also gave me a full refund. Vanishing Inc. Magic is the gold standard for customer service.

Vanishing Inc. has customer service that goes above and beyond. I recently posted on a magic chat room that the instructions link on a product I had purchased years ago was no longer working, and if anyone had purchased it recently (if a new code was available). The next morning I had an email from Damian Jennings, letting me know he had seen my post and put the video in my account at VI. What a nice surprise! That's the type of service I truly appreciate and makes the difference when selecting where to purchase magic. Thank you Damian and Vanishing Inc for having such a dedicated team!

Vanishing Inc has the best customer service I ever experienced. And when I say the best, I mean the best service of all the companies I ever bought anything. Nobody can do better, because it's not possible to do better. As a company you can only strive to reach this level.

Above the excellent customer service, I think they offer very good exclusive material in the masterclasses, there website is very easy to browse, the descriptions are accurate and the amount of quality products is huge.

So yes it's not only my favorite magic shop, but my favourite (online) shop in general because they truly give you a customer experience and service that you dream of.

Vanishing Inc. is amazing! They have possibly the best customer support in any company that I know of. Whether it be a question to answer or help with a transaction, they are there to help. Their response time is incredibly FAST, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are customer-oriented. 10/10 recommend!
P.S. Their products are also the best. They create and sell top notch products rather than mass producing junk.

Honestly it’s so rare to actually find a store that I can confidently give 100% to without a fault.
If ever I have a question or I did something silly like today for example I ordered something I ordered before.
I emailed them regarding this and within 10 minutes they’d responded to me with assistance and understanding and together we came to a really positive outcome.

I can recommend vanishing inc 100% I have been a customer of vanishing inc since 2011. The masterclass series is terrific! The service regarding delivery times for books is also highly recommended. Requests will be processed within hours! I can only repeat myself. Vanishing Inc is the best magic dealer I know. I order in England, although there are also Magic Dealers in Germany. Well, the masterclass series is only available from Vanishing inc!

I was speaking with one of you "Wizards" about how I could perform magic in a specific environment and that I wanted to attract attention without approaching people. The person suggested using IT and recommended a variety of products of various prices, with the no one product being the Gravity Reel. At the time I couldn't afford it and tried several cheaper methods and gimmicks. Eventually I purchased the one and it arrived. I also purchased a few other mentalism items. My new journey has begun and the old one still progressing as I continue learning sleight of hand, predominately using plating card.

If you are still reading you will be wondering what this guy is talking about?

Vanishing Inc is in my opinion the number one magic store. You obviously stand out due to the selection of books you stock and publish along with doing an amazing job of keeping products available on both sides to the lake between the UK and USA.

But that isn't what makes you, number one. I was sitting down mulling over some techniques I am Iearning; suddenly I realised what makes you different.

Vanishing Inc have pulled off what is probably the biggest illusion in online marketing. I can't think of another company that has achieved this to the level Vanishing Inc has; that includes companies like Amazon.

You have made the experience of shopping at Vanishing Inc as near as possible to going to a bricks and mortar store. It seems so simple but looking at my experience with the IT. It is exactly what would happen as part on an offline shopping experience. Dealing with real people who give their time to help you develop and choose the next step.

Even though I am sure Jay and Andi get many emails like this, I wanted to say what was special about my experience, it wasn't about making one of my largest magic purchases. It could have been for a mundane magic item.. it was the experience from beginning to the end.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Vanishing INC. There always seems to be someone on hand to help and their approach to customer service is top notch.
Their reward program is a very nice little extra too.

I bought a few dvds from Vanishing Inc. One of these was in Korean with English subtitles. It was impossible to make the subtitles appear. I checked the settings of my dvd player twice. Everything was ok. I went to a friend's place to play the dvd on his dvd player. Same problem, no subtitles. I contacted Vanishing Inc. I was offered a store credit without having to return the dvd. I said that I prefered a refund. I got the refund a short time later without having to return the faulty dvd. I really appreciate not having to ship back the dvd because shipping from Canada to the USA has become very expensive.
Great customer service from Vanishing Inc. I give it 5 stars.
