dissatisfaction

Hello
Winnie, Amer and Helle cut my hair before and I was very satisfied. I think they are very professional. But last time that Heidi cut my hair, I came back home and washed my hair, I saw that my hair was cut worse than before. (My hair is thin, and my friend had cut my hair very badly) I was hoping that my hair would be cut better.
The worse is that it has been more than a month now, and the longer it gets, the worse it looks.
I will go there again , but this time I know which hairdresser I should choose.
