There were quite a few misspelled words, especially in the quiz and test questions. There were several questions that did not ask a question. Additionally, after the exam they told you where to find you certificate of completion. You should also add that it could take up to 28 hours to receive. The representative on the chat was incredibly rude and had to apologize often about typing the wrong response into our chat because they were intending to communicate with someone else. The response time on the chat with the representative was excruciating. They continued to have to re familiarize themselves with my simple question.

Not really impressed this time. You weren’t shown the correct answers on the quizzes, so you don’t know how you got it wrong without going back and reviewing tons of material. The content kept repeating and there was irrelevant content. I’m assuming it was filler so there would be 4 hours of reading.

It was a very informative course and easy to get through once you sit down and take your time going through the material.

The course was long 6 hours, the test way tougher than the Denver board class. Only nice thing was no speaker, so could do it on my time line.

Timed requirements were awful (I shouldn't have to sit there and wait for a timer if I can read faster). The course was redundant - repetitive slides. If I saw a link I wanted to add to my notes, I couldn't copy and paste anything from the slides. Very disappointed, used Vaned for many years and will not be using them again.

Took 2 classes. Both Final Exams were incorrectly graded (albeit I passed them regardless). Classes did not show as Complete when finished. Certificates were not available for download.

The call to the support team was very successful , however, Vaned should work to eliminate the need for this kind of call.

Took the Update Course for Colorado and found it laid out well. Keep up the good work.

So very nice to be able to take the ACU online at a time that’s convenient for me

Always like the VanEd classes. The courses have a similar look and feel, generally have frequent quizzes to gauge whether I am “getting it” or not. The test questions are generally relevant and not “gotcha” questions. I’ve been using VanEd for my Continuing Ed classes for years, and will continue to do so.
