CO ACU is suppposed to be a 4 hr course. Following along with your course material, the total time is closer to 8 hrs. This is the worst ACU course I have taken over 30 years and that includes in person and online. This course needs to be redone to focus on critical commission changes and getting through a 10 question test. At 3 hrs 45 minutes, one had better be reviewing what is important for the test, at 4 hrs, log off.

I think when you purchase a company the goal would be to not make it worse. The great thing about VanEd was it kept track of what your licensing requirements were and let you know what you needed to do and where you were at within your licensing 3 year timeline. Now all it does is offer classes and log them. There is nothing special now about VanEd. There are lots of sites that offer CE that are just like you now. The old VanEd offered more.

This used to be the best continuing education platform. It was easy to navigate, kept all of my records on site, helped to track the continuing education I already had and also what was needed, but they merged with another company and now it’s terrible. It’s a pain to login, it’s a pain to toggle between the screens, they got rid of the CE tracking and the whole platform is no longer user-friendly at all. I will be looking for another CE provider.

It took so much longer than the 4 hours it’s supposed to. The new change is not great.

I’ve used VanEd for over 20 years, but this will be the last. I enrolled after receiving an email clearly advertising a 30% discount, with no exclusions stated. VanEd refused to honor it. After spending time on the phone and forwarding the email, I was told support’s “hands were tied.”
In an industry built on transparency and public trust, this feels uncomfortably close to misleading advertising. Long‑term customers deserve better.

I needed to complete my license renewal before the end of the year. I opted for a 6 credit course. The couse itself was well done. The problem was when I was ready for the final exam. It said that I had exceeded too many credits in 24 hours, which I had not. It set a timer for when I could take the exam. 24 hours later, I returned to find the same message and a new timer set and again the next day. I reported the problem and did not get a responce until after the new year. I had to find another company and pay for additional courses to recieve the remaining credits to renew my license in time.

Some content needs to be updated. A fair amount of repetition. As with much of the online CE content, a big chunk is just filler. Test questions have the annoying habit of being written as a negative option.

The class information was somewhat repetitive but covered the information necessary. The Credit class was a lesson in White Supremacy., even having a hand palm out signifying "STOP" that read "Whites Only" I am highly offended by that and so wish they would stick to pertinent material. This was so 1965. Not sure why its around any more.

Content was what I needed to complete the update.

I took the update class and though it is a 4 hour class it took 6 hours. Constant repetition of information. It was unbearably long! I really don’t want the talking with the class.

Van Ed makes it very simple and easy to complete CE credits. As I mentioned, I felt like there was repetitive information but the content is solid and the courses are beneficial and very applicable to excelling as a real estate professional.

It was not clear that this training would be all reading slides. There was no teaching or talking… just reading.

The material was interesting and well organized!

The new site is terrible. Removing the CE credit tracker was extremely dumb. The only reason I used van ed before was for tracking my progress. The new course style is unbearable. I will not be doing any of my further CE credits here.

The Van Ed courses are very consistent so you always know what to expect! Thank you!
