I would choose 0 star if I could

I would choose 0 star if I could. Not only are they impossible to contact, but they immediately sell your email address when you contact them. I was flooded with spam emails about 20 minutes after I emailed for support.

Products are good. Customer care is truly awful. Avoid at all costs

Faulty product, awful customer service

I bought 2 original pulse aio vapes, both have the cracking issues around the drip tip.
I've been emailing vandy vape to try and get it sorted but they don't reply.
It's incredibly frustrating and the warranty is running out.
Sort out your customer services. At least reply.

About 2 months ago brought the Vandy…

About 2 months ago brought the Vandy vape pulse aio and it’s started cracking and looks like it melting around the drip tip so then decided to buy another and guess what that one has just started showing faint cracks around the drip trip will never touch another Vandy vape product again 😡😡😡😡😡Update Vandy vape are sending 2 new main frame’s to me let’s see watch this .Update Vandy Vape have sent 2 new mainframes so let’s see how long these last ?

Genuine products.

I've ordered for five Pax 3 vaporizer via online. Quick response & easy process. Vaporizer delivered next day. Excellent materials & quality. Superb working. Will be order again.

Good customer service

Waiting for a replacement mod but I will say customer service was top notch sent pics of the issue and proof of purchase etc and a new one has been sent out.

Customer service???😒…

Bought a pulse dual and after 2 weeks it started firing on its own. Fired in my pocket at work on a roof due to what i know now to be a common problem with this model and burnt my leg very bad. Have been emailing support for warranty and after 2 weeks of 1 email per day from them it is still not resolved and i have not received a replacement. Very disappointed with this whole experience.

customer service

I’m waiting on my replaceplant as mine broke but just wanted to say the customer service is amazing .i dealt with a gentleman called Gawin who was so polite and helpful and sent a replacement swiftly

Nice products but not worth the money

Nice products but not worth the money. Bought a new mod from vandy vape, used it rarely as a desk vape. The thing broke after only 7 months, warranty only lasts 6. I expect a £50 mod to last more than 6 months! My eleaf pico has happily been going on for 3 years, and gets shoved in bags and pockets every day.

The mods are nice, just don't last. Probably why one sees less and less vape shops listing Vandy Vape mods online or in store.

Good products

Good products. Im enjoying my first mech mod from vandy vape the bonza. Althought i didnt receive a spring the quality of product is still good

No support or reply

Having bought all the new bonza mechs, I asked vandy vape about they way the rainbow set does not match up, they have completely ignored my emails, I will now spend my money elsewhere and avoid vandy vape at all costs!
I have now emailed The Vaping Bogan as this is his design.

Nice support

I had problems with my Pulse 80w shutting down on its own, and could not turn in on without taking the battery out and put it back in. After showing it on a video they sent me a new one. Amazing
