I have bought twice from this company. The second time was a small fault. I sent them a picture. 2 days latter 2 replacements arrived by express post on a Saturday delivery. Fantastic service. I wish more companies were like this one. Fabulous.

I can only applaud this company for bringing to our table vibrant colour, design and quality - I took the plunge and ordered a 24 piece set direct from their website - it arrived within a week, well packaged , every piece intact . Superb quality …. And fantastic value …

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought the plates.... do not buy.
Not worth the hassle absolute joke of insurance and they do not give a flying fig.

After the review and finally understanding that all they had to do is replace the plate, they did.
Well done and as a company owner, I would not be offering that insurance

Completely lacking in customer service. Ordered a 24 piece dinner set. Arrived, but 5 dinner plates arrived broken. Happens. Obviously, simply replacing the 5 would be the obvious thing. Or replace the set maybe. Not for vancasso. After 3 different offers from them, all of which would leave me out of pocket, I'm still 5 plates down, without the complete set I've paid for and now having to haggle! Absolute joke!

Delivery was very quick, and the dinner set is unbelievable. Great quality and colour

I purchased the 10 in dinner place and very pleased with my order. Non of them were damaged like I had read on other reviews. I absolutely love the colors, weight and how durable they are! Thank you!

Purchased a 16 piece dinner set. Arrived with broken plate. Was told they do not supply individual plates and offered a £7 refund only. What a joke they are.
Ongoing issue. Glad I used PayPal to escalate.

I ordered a set from Vancasso in October and it arrived quickly. But, three of the items were damaged. Sana from customer service was super nice and understanding. She said they'd send a new set for free in mid-November since they were out of stock. Usually, other companies would tell you to contact them again in November, but not Vancasso! I was so surprised when I got the new set last week. It's perfect!
Don't hesitate to order from them. Their customer service is amazing and they'll take care of any issues you have.

We've had our 16 piece set for a while now, about half a year. Still super happy with it. It arrived quickly and is still in perfect condition after daily use. Would definitely buy again.

I placed an order online on 01 November 2024. It was for a 16 piece dinnerware set. This was to function as a spare set as we purchased a 32 piece dinnerware set in light blue last year.

I received confirmation of the order by email, checked the order and realised the color ordered was grey. I believed I had ordered the light blue colour.

I then checked on the website and noticed there was no contact number. I then tried the Contact Us now Chat Client and there were no agents online, I left my email address and a message and the reply stated, 'Our agents typically reply in a few minutes.'

I then followed up with an email to: support and with the error in color on the order and asked if this could be replaced with the light blue.

I used the Contact Us, Get in Touch link and provided my name, email address, mobile number and message.

I waited 4 hours, didn't receive any responses so I sent a Facebook Business Chat message.

It's been 5 hours and tried multiple contact methods as there is no contact number listed for Vancasso.

This is a pity as we really liked our previous 32 piece dinnerware set and only wanted some spare, in the event of breakage.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Vancasso as the service and support are non-existent and they have no Comms whatsoever.

We will go elsewhere for tableware in the future and ensure that business has adequate service, support and Comms.

The dinnerware looks beautiful, but unfortunately it chips easily and develops mold. We purchased sets from two different websites and in both circumstances the bottom rims of the plates and bowls developed mold (which does not scrub off) within mere weeks. I've never had this issue with ceramic/stoneware before from any other company. It's clearly an issue with Vancasso not properly sealing the bottoms. I contacted the company and they wouldn't help, only told me to contact the websites I purchased from. If the issue was isolated to one website, I'd understand, but this is clearly a manufacturing defect because it happened with two. Disappointed in the customer service, how fast this dishware degraded, and having to jump through hoops to get refunded.

Purchased the Ori dinner set and the pieces do look beautiful, however one bowl arrived with a piece glued back on, which we unfortunately didn't notice until the order was out of warranty. Furthermore, within 6 months, 2 more bowls and plate got chipped, despite the set being 'dishwasher safe'. Tried to contact the company for some sort of help but they won't do anything as the 3 month warranty is up. Just wouldn't expect a dinner set to last less than 6 months before chipping. Extend the warranty if your products are such poor quality.

Fantastic service to be honest. I ordered a Playa 24 Piece Glossy Dinnerware on 24/09 (confirmation email at 18:24) and they were delivered today at 15:02 (26/09) They look amazing. Can’t believe how quick they came.

Dishes never dry, grow mold between them when stacked. Poor quality.

Added “worry free purchase” to my order after taking it out of my basket. They added it back on without me knowing! After seeing the reviews on here I will be cancelling my order through PayPal

After having read some of the comments on this page, I placed my order for 5 sets (to have spare plates as well), preparing for it to arrive with possibly one or more broken plates. To my happy surprise and relief all arrived in perfect condition.

I recently ordered the Stern 16-Piece Dinnerware Set in Blue, and it arrived within 48 hours. Since I’d owned this set before, I knew it was good quality (and conveniently it was discounted 😉). Unfortunately, one of the bowls arrived broken. I requested a replacement bowl, but they didn’t have any available in blue. They offered a partial refund, but I preferred having a replacement bowl - even if it was a different color. To my surprise and delight, Vancasso sent me a full set of four bowls in a different hue. It’s worth noting that Vancasso’s support response time can be a tad slow, but their team is very friendly and helpful.

On a similar note, I had a comparable issue with Wayfair: two plates arrived broken, and I requested replacements. However, those replacements never arrived. After waiting for 9 months, I finally convinced them to issue a refund...

Poor quality, brought a 16 piece set. There were scratches on 2 of the plates and a mug. Asked for new plates and was set a pack of four where 3 of the plates had scratches. Yet to have a full set of plates that aren't damaged. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Honestly don’t know where to start!

When ordering it gave the option of transit insurance in case of breakages for an additional cost. I unchecked the box as under UK consumer law, this is unnecessary as damages in transit are covered when making purchase via the internet. The page then refreshes and it adds it back on. I tried over 10 times and couldn’t make my purchase without it.

2 large dinner plates turned up broken and I sent an email with pictures explaining that I required 2 replacements sending out and the insurance refunding as it is unnecessary. I was then directed to claim on the insurance.

I explained that it’s not my job to do that and I just need 2 plates sending. The company then agreed to that and to refund my insurance.

She then changed her mind and said they couldn’t refund the insurance as it had been paid to the United States (complete BS).

Anyway, after another 5 emails back and forth, still no refund of insurance and still no replacement plates. She then said I should send the broken plates back, at my expense. I have also tried claiming on the insurance and surprise surprise, heard nothing.

Also, I ordered the set I ordered was black and they are more brown than black.

Can genuinely say this is THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I am now dealing with my credit card company to issue a charge back. Absolutely disgraceful service and an awful company.

Good quality product. Some plates were damaged on arrival - couriers had caused the damage ehich took some doing considering how well they were packed!!! Vancasso replaced no questions. They have given me excellent service and I will definitely use them again.
