The whole process was smooth. I trusted I would get my parcel in a timely manner and get the items I ordered. This was my first time buying from this seller, but it won’t be the last. There was some fit discrepancies with Punk Rave, if the merchant could influence that, but other than that, gravy.

this was my first time ordering from vampire freaks. i love the hoodie! i’ve never seen anything like it before. it’s soft on the inside and i ordered it a size up for a bigger fit. the shipping wasn’t bad, pretty quick all things considering!

the hoodie is very soft and keeps me warm! it isn’t heavy, so it’s not uncomfortable to wear! it’s my favorite hoodie that i own

Ordered two of the Horsemen plushies and it took a little longer for them to arrive but it was due to the snowstorms and a lack of response from the 3rd party. Absolutely love them and they’re a perfect addition to my Sleepy Hollow set up!

I WROTE a great review THEN i washed the hoodie now I am no longer happy i followed the tag washed it inside out warm water and in the drier low heat tumble it shrank in very odd ways around the zipper is now out of shape. I never spent 60.00 on a hoodie but liked the print and it was a gift to myself for my birthday! I am very upset at this .

Ordered a beanie and a pair of lounge pants. Very pleased with both! Quality is great and I received my order in a week.

Bought this for my daughter on her 30th! The Surprise bag was everything she expected! So many shirts and a Hoodie. The order was originally placed with an incorrect address and their customer service said "No, Problem" and fixed it saving me a 2 hour drive. Lol. Each design was original and identifiable, well made and just what she wanted.

I ordered two Candle holders, both arrived broken, I called you guys to see what to do about that, I was told to check the website, the website said to email, so I emailed. The items' arrival and the email I sent were both on Jan. 30, a full 12 days later they email me (today, Feb. 11th). Not to respond to my order issue, but to ask me to give em a review. I loooooved my mystery box so much. The designs are amazing, the material is so comfortable and the fit is exactly what I was hoping for - I saw the sizes were men’s sizes so I ordered one up and they’re all perfectly baggy. The tote bag has become my new purse, it’s the perfect size and I love the adjustable strap to make it cross-body length. The pen and pin included were super cute and I used some of the stickers on my laptop. I definitely will order another one in the future!
