I ordered three items, loved them all BUT the zipper pull broke the first day I used it! I emailed customer service and they do not have extra zipper pulls and because I didn't use the purse within 5 day window they dont care! Poor customer service!

I received the package on time and in good condition. The boots are just as gorgeous as they look in the pictures, ridiculously easy to slide in and super comfortable. Looking forward to future purchases!

They made my exchange easy. I recently gained weight due to medications and ordered the wrong size. I didn't have to pay extra to ship back the wrong one or anything. The item was exactly as described and love it.

They were also really patient with me. I ordered one size, asked for a different one before it was shipped, and then had the exchange to a third different size. 😅 when you don't know your size, things can get complicated but they gave me no issues over it.

My umbrella is beautiful and good quality and arrived quickly.

Beautifully crafted tarot Raven box absolutely love it. My advice, pack it better, it's delicate, mine arrived broken. The post office obviously mishandled it.

VampireFreaks has fantastic unique products, perfect Goth/emo vibes from top to bottom (every detail, like, the packing slip is often stamped with something spooky like a gravestone), and they are so easy to work with. Shipping is a breeze, products arrive well packaged and with extra stickers and pins and goodies more often than not, sales are great, love everything about them. I have been a member of VampireFreaks since back in the day when they were also a social platform like MySpace but for Goths, those were good times.
