I'm absolutely pleased with my purchase. The laptop matched the description perfectly and arrived in pristine condition. The delivery was impressively quick, and the packaging ensured the item was well-protected. Although I might have found a similar product at a lower price elsewhere, I'm cautious about offers that appear overly tempting.

Excellent products and Brilliant service.
I had a problem when the Laptop I ordered was the wrong one. I called VALU-computers and they immediately dispatched a different one and arranged for the delivery guy to collect the unwanted one (Free of Charge). I have had several refurbished Laptops from this firm and they have all been excellent with service second to none. They are a firm you can trust.

Totally satisfied with my purchase. The laptop was exactly as described and in 'as new' condition. The delivery was speedy and the item was perfectly protected within its box.
I could probably have bought the same item for less from other sellers, but I am wary of deals that seem too good to be true.
