Wrong case,wrong colour ,not genuine samsung as stated .Generic reply from Bot customer services .You have been warned .

I purchased a brand name case in mint green and received a copy in a totally different colour.They were still advertising the mint green as in stock. Their response to emails is very polite but means nothing -"The warehouse sends out replacements every 2 or 4 weeks" or "We are contacting the warehouse". The case wasn't cheap either, over £30.
They are an utter sham.

I have to say I was a bit dubious after seeing an email saying it’s being shipped from abroad and then checking the reviews here, but my experience was 5* and would use them again.

Sent wrong case and seems like AI responses, claiming they will send correct one but not doing so. Don’t buy from them!

It’s a scam like everyone says. They send sh**ty quality cases (falling apart) and refuse to refund. It’s online crime. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. Save your money.

Online scamming comes in many forms. Valucase is a prime example. They deal mainly in counterfit cases of the cheapest quality. Customer service are a mix of copy paste and bots.

Valucase will be taking your money, dont expect too much back from them though.

I ordered a case from ValuCase. The case arrived in one month but it was the wrong color. Customer support is responsive but they have not issued a refund nor sent a replacement case. Still waiting after 3 months. Can not recommend.

Ordered a Bluetooth on 12/18 and paid $16.99 for express 3 day shipping. It’s 1/2 now and I still have not received my package and they refuse to refund my money and refuse to refund the express shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Update (1/12/24) - finally received the package on the 8th and it is FAKE! they sent me a completely generic joke of a Bluetooth, absolutely NOT a plantronics. It’s wasn’t even a good fake. I’ve contacted them several times and they have gone radio silent.

Wanted a Genuine Samsung Case for the S7. Bought a case at $35.00 which was advertised as the Samsung S-View Flip Cover for the Galaxy S7. It wasn't it was cheap and not Samsung. This company obviously lives off fraud.

What an awesome company and customer service. I ordered a case for my iPhone 13, they sent the wrong case.. the quality of the case is deffo not an Ottabox, as its looks and feels cheap.

I have been constantly emailing and have now been told they will not refund, unless I send it back, at my expense..

I ordered an original case for my phone "one plus". About four weeks later I received a fake case that looked totally different and did not fit. They told me that they will send me another one. This is now two months ago. They simply tricked me.

TOTAL CONN, bought an otterbox case, arrived and is not an ottorbox obviously a fake, same as everyone else 7 weeks now and they say they will send one but it never comes. Scam company if you use having read these reviews then I’m afraid you deserve to get your money stolen.DO NOT USE

Avoid at all cost! Ordered an iPhone 15 pro case, sent me the wrong one (which arrived after 4 weeks), told them about it and they said they would send me another one, which could take another 5 weeks!

Complete scam!!!! I ordered a case for my phone it took weeks and when It finally arrived it was the wrong case. They won't refund me and told me they were sending another one which never came this is ongoing for weeks terrible company avoid!!

I purchased 2 iPhone7 Battery cases from Valucase. I was a little nervous as I live in the US and the online retailer is in China. That did not matter at all. I contacted customer service several times and received exceptional service. They provided me with a tracking number for my delivery and the package was delivered on time. I would rate my shopping experience as excellent. I plan on purchasing more items from the retailer. I highly recommend Valucase.com
