Had a very simple question
Had a very simple question. Do I qualify to receive an escrow waiver. I have to wait 6-7 business days? Of which I’ve waited 8 with no response and no way to get through your system to speak with anyone either.

Mortgage just transfered from Mr…
Mortgage just transfered from Mr Cooper. Valon already has my escrow incorrect as well as my due date for next payment. Trying to get someone to help with this issue is next to impossible. Their "chat" feature makes you text with a chat bot first, then says they will transfer you to a live person, and no one gets on chat. They email you standard answers not specific to your issues. Hate this so far. Hopefully they fix their issue and resolve mine.

Late payment
I knew my mortgage bill was coming due but had misplaced the hardcopy (still haven’t found it) and knew it would be late by the time I found it, so
I decided to sign up and make a payment online. I found the process straightforward and easy

Garbage.
Garbage.
My tenants abandoned my property and failed to pay the rent the month they left and all the months they're supposed to be paying me rent under the contract. I explained this on the phone with someone from the mortgage assistance team and they told me to submit an application with my story. I qualified for assistance and was given a contact person to speak with when I called their number (no extension or anything, so getting to the person would take time but whatever). They told me to call to go over my options.
I received a call one day but couldn't speak then, so I asked if we could schedule a call in advance since I'm always moving around. They said no, but they'll call me when I'm free so I gave them my availability for the week. Didn't receive a call the days/times I was free. In the meantime, they back and forth sending me emails about who my contact person would be; they couldn't keep me with one person and even changed back to the same person like 3 times. Eventually I took time away from work to call myself, and after I get to the right department, I ask for my contact person and they said this person wouldn't be able to help me because they don't even work in this department/area. I explain my situation to the lady I'm already on the phone with, and she offers me only one option that doesn't work for me. It was a take-it-or-leave-it type thing. I told them I'd call them back if I decided to move forward, but there was no assistance given at the end of the day. They expected me to miss a payment if I needed but somehow make more money to pay hundreds more than normal the following months. Sometime after that, I received an email stating I no longer qualify for assistance and risk foreclosure, before my grace period for the month I need to pay for even completed, and they had the nerve to include in the email to please call them for assistance and to discuss options. Seems so backwards to me. Hoping I can switch to another company in the near future because the least someone could do is actually work with me and do what they say they will.

I spoke to someone about my loan
I spoke to someone about my loan. Didn't know it had gone up but when I found out I changed my payment and sent the missing payment. Your people can't apply it to my loan for whatever reason, math to hard I think.

Once you Finally get someone who very happy knows…
Once you Finally get someone who knows the issue your good. But it took several calls to get a real person who had a clue. Out of 4-5 calls, one knew how to help. He was brand new but amibitious. Keep him. But I have 12 emails and follow ups once I found someone. Liz was one of them, they are great. Process is easy but ya gotta fight Customer Services ce to get there.
Home equity loan
You made it very easy to apply for the loan. It was all done online. Thomas Everett was very helpful. Answered all our questions. The online notary was very easy to do. It went very quick once we finished our part. Thank you all who were involved.

Contact center representatives do not have access to updates and are not able to give any information other than to say that we simply need to wait to hear from them. Terrible customer service practices in place.

Valon Mortgage loan service;
Valon Mortgage loan service;
The only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars rating it's because there was one system hip-cup. In addition to that, they should have asked me for the proper information from the beginning to make the loan process smoother and faster. I had to continue asking if I could provide this or that document would help me with the loan. That's the area that I think they need to improve. Other than that I was satisfied with the service.
I have been trying to get proper… paperwork
I have been trying to get proper paperwork, but cannot seem to talk to the right person or when I do talk to a person they never send me what I want and then I have to keep calling back and talking to a different person I have still yet to get the proper paperwork and it has been a month

Where do I start
Where do I start? Once I initiated the refi, I went several weeks without hearing from your representatives. I would call and get sent almost immediately to voice mail. I left message after message and did not get return calls. Once I did hear from you again, the process still took longer than it should have. I kept getting more requests for documentation. We took equity from our house and instead of electronic transfer of the funds, you sent cashiers checks for thousands of dollars via FedEx with no signature required for receipt. The envelope was left on our front porch where anyone could have stolen it. Very sloppy!!!
