Absolute fkn scam

Absolute fkn scam.

Order wont arrive. You can't even track your order without downloading some other fkn app, where it shows that my order is "being prepared" when it should've arrived 20 days ago. None of the mail addresses you find only to contact them work.

I've now filed a case to hopefully get my money back. Just don't fall for these Chinese scammers, no matter how legit their websites may look.

Beware of VALKID

Beware of VALKID. This company is a Chinese scammer. The clothes look great on IG but when you receive them, not only are they totally different from the pictures they showcase but they are of the cheapest quality. Then comes the catch, when you try to return them they inform you that their return policy states that if a product is discounted on their web site, no returns are accepted. Little do you know that most of their products are discounted, so despite them supposedly offering free returns, most likely anything you buy will have a discount and you will not be able to return. Typically brands that are honest and confident of their products will state on their web site under each product if they are “Final Sales”. Companies like this one try to trick you into buying showing discounted prices and Free Returns, later to inform that buried in their return policy there is fine print stating that products which have any discounts are not eligible for return.

When will Chinese companies understand that scamming Americans is not a sustainable long term strategy?, that building good products and delivering honest customer service is the only way to growing a successful business. Stay away from VALKID.

Stay Far Away!!!!

I have done some basic research on the site, before attempting to make any purchases, and at first they seemed legit, Secure payment facilities and SSL approved. Payments went through, and an email was sent to me stating that I have paid in full, with the usual Order No, delivery address, and current Order status (unfulfilled), and since then, the status remains the same…2 weeks later. I have sent 2 emails to their Customer Services, and I’m still waiting for a reply.
If I receive my goods, or even get a reply, I will gladly change my review, but till that happens, I would STAY AWAY!!!!
