Human contact and communication was impressive… they responded to email inquiry about delay in order and explained the reason satisfactorily and honestly… they sent a partial order out w/out a shipping charge, which was most appreciated… one suggestion: the packaging in the mailed product to customers is evocative of a Tiffany box… it looks and undoubtedly is expensive -- an unnecessary expense that adds no value, in my opinion… ship the product simply and retain the profits to expand the operation… testing products we consume is of paramount importance.

My prescriptions were handled very professionally. I like the child proof containers they come in. They appear stronger and less tamper proof than what I was getting from CVS. Prices are reasonable for the assurance that the pills are what they say that are.
