Don’t shop with these guys! I did on Dorothy Perkins
They sent my item to the wrong address and someone signed for it, Dorothy Perkins have refused to refund me and said I can have a replacement from valiadate but I have to pay valiadate postage
You send my stuff to a wrong address and penalise me ? lol
No was has issues me a refund
DP messages me yesterday to say I have to wait til the 24th

Hi Beverley. We are sorry that you have had issues with this delivery. As you know the goods were addressed to the address given to us and sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Through no fault of ours your goods have not been received by you but we offered to send you a replacement, which you have rejected so we have now issued you a refund. We issue the refund to Debenhams who then refund you, as this is who you purchased the goods through.

Hi Bruce. Many thanks for your comments. Unfortunately Royal Mail's costs for the service we offer did increase last year so we had to increase our slightly. But we do offer free delivery on all orders over £35 which we think is great value

Validate is my go-to for gym outfits
Validate is my go-to for gym outfits, and I couldn't be happier! I’m always blown away by the quality. Everything fits perfectly and feels amazing.
They are super friendly and help me with all my questions. It feels like shopping with a friend. I can't recommend ValidateFashion.com enough and will definitely be back for more. Five stars all the way!

Validate is an excellent brand if you're looking for a good fit, good fabric and affordable price. I've had some sets I'm using for the last couple of years that are still in great shape and I still wear as much! I totally recommend Validate.

Shame about website
Love the service and the store in wgc. Customer service is exquisite! Shop always clean and tidy and staff all willing to assist. Shame about the website. Shows clothes that validate doesn't even have in store. Bit of a let down and miss leading. If just for store I would give 5 stars.

I would like to confirm that currently there are no styles that are available on line that are not available in store. Occasionally the Store team do move stock around or take off the floor to focus on promotions but you if there is something specific you are interested in then it will be available in store.
