Really impressed with the gift with purchase with my order - a candle, room spray and diffuser. Not only this, but I purchased three diffusers for an amazing price. Wasn’t sure if the quality was going to be poor but they all smell divine. Super speedy delivery too. Glad to have placed my first order, and there will definitely be many more to come!

I have just ordered wax melt and diffusers and received the order very speedily. I was unable to add the freebie on but after contacting them I was responded to swiftly. I got these as went to a friends and her hall smelt lovely. I’ve yet to try at home.

Love Valentte diffusers
Love Valentte diffusers — they’re easily some of the best I’ve tried. My favourite is Lemongrass & Rosemary, it’s fresh, clean and really uplifting without being too strong. A close second is Green Apple & Honeysuckle, which is lighter and slightly sweet but still very fresh. The scents last well and always make any room smell wonderful. I’ve had lots of compliments when people visit. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought Valentte products for…
I have bought Valentte products for several years now and have always been so thrilled with the products ,excellent delivery and amazing smells. I hadn’t found anything as good over the years and have consistently bought them as presents and recommended them to friends. However the last 2 orders I bought just do not smell as strongly as previously. I have had candles and diffusers and several different aromas including lavender, patchouli and eucalyptus, jasmine and rosewood plus others and none of them smell nearly as strongly as previously. I am wondering if the company have changed their ingredients or amount these use? It’s such a shame as i would hate them to go the same way as most candle and diffuser manufacturers- and be a waste of money . I did ask this before on FB - but never had a reply , whereas I have not been able to fault this company one bit until recently. I really hope they haven’t changed their products.

Amazing scents and products …
Have been purchasing from this company for a few years now, just love the scents and products. I love gifting my friends who go on and order from this amazing company also! Had been trigger happy there and ordered way too much by mistake on my phone, these items where returned and my refund was promptly refunded to my card and the postage cost also. Can’t recommend this company enough, just take my word for it and buy from it today, the don’t disappoint. BTW my favourite scent is the lemongrass and rosemary, the scent is strong but not overpowering and I also get so many compliments when I have guests at my home!

These are the best for all candles and diffusers. The scents are amazing and really last. I get compliments about the smells in my home all the time. They also make fantastic gifts. My favourites are lemon grass and rosemary and then Jasmine and Rosewood for a spa like smell. I’ve just had a slight issue with an order and the customer service is second to none, dealt with and rectified in minutes. I’d give more than 5* if I could.

WOW! Valentte certainly know how to deliver excellent customer service and their products are second to none.I have placed three orders now and every time, delivery is quick and efficient. My absolute favourite product is the Lemongrass and Rosemary diffusers. They are such high quality and give the room a lovely aroma. All my friends and family comment on the smell and how lovely our rooms smell. The candles and mini room mists are great too. Having fallen in love with the products I decided to take advantage of their annual delivery pass. I have recommended Valentte to two of my friends and as a Thank You offer, for referring, Valentte give both my friend and me a 15% discount, which was a lovely touch. On trying to activate the discount code I did stumble on a slight problem - however I contacted Stacey at Valentte and Stacey was quick to reply, and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Fantastic customer service. Valentte are always advertising special offers and bundle offers which are very hard to resist. I have started exploring some of the other scents too, and Spiced Orange is soon becoming another firm favourite. Thank you Stacey and the team - You really do have a superb business with exceptional products, fantastic customer service and I will continue to purchase and recommend.

Amazing products and service
Firstly, I received the white neroli and lemon gift set for a house warming present (candle, diffuser and room spray) and they smell amazing. I will definitely be purchasing more and trying other scents too.
Secondly, I placed a recent order for the same gift set to give as a gift and I made some mistakes on my order which were dealt with so promptly after me emailing the company. Overall service has been so efficient and customer service is amazing. Thank you Valentte and a special thank you to Stacey who dealt with correcting everything for me.

I have ordered and received many products from this firm - my favourite is Lemon and Rosemary. Friends and family always comment when they come to my home. Fabulous product and customer service
Absolutely love the diffusers. Found them on Amazon originally but now order direct from the company. Had an issue with my order going astray… not their fault but quickly rectified without hassle. Excellent customer service and product. Please don’t be put off by the previous negative review…. Some people just love to moan. The Rosemary and lemongrass diffuser is sublime. Wish they did a perfume like it.
