I struggle to give this company 1star.
DO NOT ORDER from this company.
Took weeks to arrive and when it came it wasn’t what I ordered.
I ordered a blood sugar monitor, what I got was a pulse meter.
How these companies are allowed to carry on trading I really don’t know.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered blood machine. Cost me £25.59 IT NEVER ARRIVED. when you try to contact them the email address doesnt exist. Your email just keep bouncing back as UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED. I REALLY REALLY HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS STOPPED BEFORE THEY DO ANY MORE DAMAGE.. IF ANYONE HAS ANY OTHER CONTACT DETAILS PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

It's a scam, ordered a product including a free gift. received the free girt but not the item ordered. tried to contact via email. no reply for days then email was returned as undeliverable. checked companies house, the company was set up late last year.

Wrong goods arrived. All emails bounce back. Don’t ever use this “company”

Complete scam sent wrong item customer service is a waste of time

I ordered 2 x blood glucose monitors and received 2 pulse oximeters. A waste of time, money and effort,

These people are scammers. They send cheap products which are a fraction of of cost of item actually ordered. Stay well clear of them they are fraudsters. I requested refund but they do not respond. Over 30 euro defrauded from me.

I admit to being Scammed by these people too....
I ordered two blood test meters and three weeks later got two VERY cheap pulse meters. I will be taking them to their London address and try to get some satisfaction.

THESE people are SCUM and I can ill afford to lose the £29,95 they took from me. I will try to get it back from my card company but not holding out much hope.

just a scam company ordered 2 stream sticks suppose got trust rating no delivery something should be done with these companys using trust stars

This company is a SCAM company.
Bought a Diabecheck but received after around three weeks a Pulse Oximeter which I could have bought for a lot less money.
Company states a London address with phone number but they don’t answer calls and emails sent to them return as Mailer-Daemon Failure Notice.
Now in the hands of Credit Card Company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scam outfit, no way of contacting them, both email address return un sent due no mailbox found, site uses Shop app to make payment seem legit, is Shop part of the scam?

Because I am not able to give zero! Absolute scam, useless item nothing like advertised.Complete fraud.

I didn’t get the item I ordered but an item that was very cheap. I know that this was a scam

just recieved what was ment to be a blood glucose tester and it was just a bad pulse ometer this is very bad misleading people that they have a machine to do blood glucose with out pricking your finger

Please do not order anything from this site, it's a complete SCAM ...it doesn't deserve the one star I gave but doesn't accept anything less 😡

Ordered 3 wifi gizmos on 20/01/26, said the order could take 15/20 days to arrive. Gave then until 19/02/26, not arrived, used the email provided. Two days running "mailerdeamon" failure. Phone number... non existent. £30 down, scammed, scum, I do blame myself for falling for it. I'm usually very tech savvy, but admittedly I did fall for this scam. I'm not even blaming or claiming the money back from PayPal. My fault, if something looks too good to be true, it USUALLY is too good to be true. Don't use Valentique. Pure scammers and thieves. Pure scum. 😡😡😡 Dave Cartlidge.
EDIT: The Three gizmos, that promised to give me the internet abroad, anywhere, around the hotel pool etc, via satellite etc, have arrived today 23rd February 2026. THEY ARE HOUSEHOLD PLUG IN, WIFI REPEATERS. Repeat... PLUG IN HOUSEHOLD WIFI REPEATERS! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. LIES. SCAMMERS. 😡😡😡

Wrong item delivered, unable to contact. Complete scam.

My order came and wrong item and box squashed

Only gave one star as unable to give no star, this is a scam do not buy from this company, items not received and unable to contact, I received a message saying due to weather conditions and the roof of the warehouse being blown off my items will be delayed, it is then that I did a search, too late I must add, and found many people have been scammed. SO BEWARE.
