Extremely disappointed with the food…

Extremely disappointed with the food and the appalling customer service. I ordered a deal (12-inch pizza, garlic bread, and chicken wings) for £17.54. I was charged an extra £1 for delivery, bringing the total to £18.54. Despite paying extra for every single topping (pineapple, cheese, etc.) and specific spice levels for the wings, the food was not as described.
When I called to politely inform them that the wings weren't spicy at all and I couldn't eat them, the staff became incredibly rude and arrogant. Instead of offering a solution, he started arguing, saying 'I know what I made' and 'everyone else likes it.' I didn't even ask for a refund—I simply asked for a replacement since the food was going to waste, but he refused.
It’s shocking that they take extra money for everything but refuse to take responsibility when the order is wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere where customers are actually respected. Never ordering again!"
I am writing this to warn every potential customer about the toxic and unprofessional behavior of this establishment. What started as a simple complaint about a wrong order (£18.54) has turned into a case of harassment and intimidation.
The Deception & Dishonesty:
After receiving the wrong order, I called to resolve it. The staff member was not only arrogant but openly lied, claiming delivery costs £3 when their website states £1. They tried to gaslight me about my own order and told me I should 'collect in person' next time if I wanted it right, despite me paying for delivery!
Harassment & Intimidation:
After I posted an honest review of my experience, the situation turned dark. The shop called me back multiple times not to apologize, but to HARASS me. The person on the phone had the audacity to accuse me of 'blackmailing' them just for exercising my right to leave a review.
Legal Threats:
When I started recording the call for my own safety (which is perfectly legal for personal use in the UK during harassment), the staff member threatened to 'SUE' me. He tried to intimidate me into silence. This is a direct violation of consumer rights.
Fake Bribes:
When their threats didn’t work, they suddenly shifted to offering 'free food' and said the 'boss would personally deliver' if I deleted my review. I refused. I cannot be bribed to hide the truth about how they treat women and customers.
Final Warning:
This is not just about bad food or £18 anymore; it is about safety and respect. A business that calls customers to threaten and bully them over a 1-star review is dangerous. I have recorded evidence of the harassment and will be taking this to Trading Standards and the Local Council.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Your data and your peace of mind are not safe with people who behave like thugs when they make a mistake.
