Extremely bad quality products, which don't look like the pictures at all. When I tried to return them, I was told I had to send them to their warehouse in China and pay for the shipment myself. Never again!
I placed an order on October 13, 2024, and the payment was promptly deducted from my account. However, I have not received the order yet. The tracking information provided is useless, as there’s no way to track it, and it's well past the expected delivery time. Despite contacting customer service and being told it’s on the way, I’ve had no updates. At this point, it feels like a scam. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparency.

Fake pictures. FAKE product. No return.
A total waste and overuse of resources on Earth, which tricks people into buying their useless plastic products from China, only to be able to throw them out and burn in our atmosphere. They should be punished for using resources in this way. Very frustrating.
