The whole experience with Valencia was terrific. The communication from sales to delivery was top notch. We LOVE the comfort of our recline sofas and the leather is lovely. The look and function are just as represented and the quality of craftsmanship/ mechanics is excellent.

I bought the row of 3 Valencia 2025 New Tuscany Ultimate Luxury Leather Home Theater Seating for my home theater room and am very pleased with my purchase. The chairs are very easy to assemble and connect to each other. Once set up, they are extremely comfortable with separate settings for head, lumbar, and reclining. You can even store your preferred settings so you can return to the position with a single button press. The chairs have multiple colors of LED lights available, though I typically leave them off to have complete darkness in the room. One thing to one: the chairs have metal modular connectors that come topped with hard plastic. It looks cheap at first, but you just need to remove the hard plastic to expose the metal and it will look as it should.

Customer service was great. At first we didn’t know if the sofa would fit but after talking to an advisor on the phone they managed to resolve all my questions. The delivery of the sofa was timely, and within the time period provided. The delivery went smoothly, I have small doors one of them 60cm, and the delivery couriers were excellent, they took the sofa out the box and managed to fit it in the doors without a scratch (they even screwed the legs on and off). The sofas brilliant, exactly what we asked for, the leather is great quality, and it’s incredibly comfy. I’d highly recommend this company and would buy a sofa from here again in the future.

Loved the easily configurable combinations of seats on the website to fit my room. Seats arrived few weeks after ordering in good condition. Look and feel pretty high quality.

Robyn did a fantastic job of walking me though an issue I had with the initial setup. The seating itself exceeded my expectations and was a real value. It is very comfortable and the pull-down center console and the directional lights are great features. The blue under lighting is a nice touch as well. Plus, I appreciate the follow-up communications to ensure our satisfaction.

It took some time to get my order but I didn’t realized they made to order my furniture. I’m not a patient person and I called them every few weeks. They always returned my call with in a day Or same day. Very sweet person I beleive her name is Nyla was very helpful ! And the delivery guys were also great. I had knee surgery and they brought my boxes right into my front door. Now the chair was broken and I had some bad screws but my husband being the packrat he is had some screws that worked. Nyla and Brenda had me a new one sent asap with regards to the ice storm we got it fairly quick.
After we got it all set up and figured out how to arrange all of it (still not sure 😬). It is VERY WELL MADE AND SO NICE!

The team over at Valencia was more then welcome to answer any and all of my questions before, and after my purchase of the Tuscany Console. I very highly recommend their white glove delivery service to make this an enjoyable experience. One of my friends bought this couch, and I had to have it! I had several questions after my install, the team was happy to help.

i have had the chairs for almost 6 months
leather feels very soft & luxurious - easy to clean
motors are very quiet
very comfortable
really like the button to restore previously saved position

my wife finds the lumbar support a bit too high (5'8")

what would i do differently?
i would like the buttons on the outside
a bit more difference between the home, restore & adjustment buttons
sometimes i am going home & stop for some reason & then accidently hit & hold the save button

heater - works very well, but find the 20min too short most of the time
have to reach in & flick the control back & forth to reset
a better approach may be use the top button to reset, maybe press & hold to set 40min (most shows are about that)
cooling - only used it a couple of times, but seemed to work well

tray tables are perfect

We brought three Verona motorized seats for our new basement and have been use them for a few weeks. We're happy with the purchase, very comfortable for long movies and the lights are very useful without being distracting.
The customer service is good as well with clear assembly instructions. I'd buy more in the future!

We love the couch, it is classy, comfortable, and has all what we're looking for. Leather, reclining seat, and chaise!

Everything arrived in perfect condition, which honestly surprised me. I expected at least a couple minor cosmetic issues like you usually get with large furniture, but there were zero. Every seat looked flawless and everything worked right out of the box.

The black leather looks even better in person than online. The overall fit and finish is excellent and the seating looks high-end without feeling overdone. I have one row of four and a front row of three with tray tables, and the setup really pulls the theater room together.

A few of my neighbors with theater rooms immediately asked who made the seats because they thought these looked better than theirs.

I debated going with a cheaper brand, but I’m very glad I chose Valencia. The quality difference is obvious and I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Very happy with our new living room couch! We ordered a love seat and two additional seats that all connected easily. Love the customer service, delivery team and the ease of ordering online. Oh, and the seats are amazing! They look great and their body support is amazing. Thank you Valencia. We look forward to enjoying our new ottomans when they arrive as well.

Ordered a sofa in July 2025, it got delivered in February 2026, nearly 7 months to wait. The company kept making excuses for the delay without actually explaining why. Really bad experience with dealing with these guys. Buyers beware
