The purchase price was more than indicated. I failed to check the price at checkout. I also was supposed to receive a first-time order discount of I think 15%. After I place the order I realized what I had done and attempted to cancel the order right away. I emailed them and of course they said it was too late even though it was the same day. I did reach out to customer service and was issued the 15% discount. It took quite a while to receive my merchandise.

Beautiful pickleball paddle! The quality, design, and performance are excellent. I played with it yesterday and was extremely impressed. The company was also very attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. It was definitely worth the wait. I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Cheap products from China. I ordered 2 mosquito zappers and they are useless. I told them I wanted to return them and thats when I found out they were in China which would not be cost effective to return. If I could’ve rated it a minus 10 I would’ve. Total scam.

Starting with false advertising. Their website claimed that they are the authorised reseller and won't be available anywhere else like eBay or Amazon, but quick search and you can find exactly the same product at Big W and even Temu at much lower price. Their website also promotes 4.8 star Trust Pilot rating when it is cleary only 2.9 before I wrote this review. Product is also not as advertised. Photos indicated that there is a mosquito collection tray at the bottom and comes with a cleaning brush. Mine came with neither. I ordered 2x plug in version but received what seems like rechargeable version as it doesn't come with built in plugs like shown in the photos. Product handbook also incorrectly tells you how to turn on the night light. Overall very bad experience. Their return policy is also terrible where buyer has to pay for everything and refund is subject to product being inspected by them and in the end, you will get at most half your money back. Avoid at all cost unless you have money to throw away.

I'm a 72 year old pensioner and they've ripped me of for $100 AUD through their dodgy ordering system.

You can not cancel an order as it is an automatic system and they do not respond to emails in time for the shipment to be stopped.

Their email responses are then very matronising/patronising offering insincere apologies.

Worst and only unethical internet shopping experience 02/10/2026 to 15/10/2026.

This company are the worst, I ordered a mouse sonar scarer and then was told by professional heart specialist that I could not use it as I have an ICD implant , so I tried to cancel it 3 times and each time was ignored now they have sent an email saying that they have dispatched it . Disgraceful company. I will deffinatly be returning this item.
