I ordered some dark drops on 1/1/25. It said they were ready to be shipped on 1/6/25. They have not gone anywhere yet. It is now 1/22/25 and it still hasn’t moved any closer. I have a tracking number and everything, but the postal service hasn’t picked it up I guess.

Horrible cancellation policy and turn around time
I placed an order and immediately discovered that returning the product within 30 days would incur restocking fees and future repairs which was not made explicit on the website. Realizing this, I wrote to customer support right away to cancel the order.
Shockingly, it took them three days to respond, only to claim that cancellation was not possible because they claim the order was already been handed over to the delivery agent. They then requested my full address, claiming they didn’t have it. This raises serious doubts—how could a shipping label be created without complete address details?
It seems like a deliberate tactic to force customers to accept the product and later impose restocking fees, which is highly unfair. Customers should have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours without any penalties.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I urge the company to address this issue and cancel my order immediately. I would not recommend this business to anyone until they improve their policies and customer service.

Delivery sucks
Delivery. I'm waiting one whole week = two weekends and 5 working days. I order to Belgium .When i made complaint I recived AI genereted answer that usually delivery to Belgium take 1 day and that they are sorry for delay . But not so long before me actually my father ordered smartwatch for him for the same adres and IT was the same story. Just a side note he also recived smartwatch with wrong charging cable. But this is not so annoying as delivery time. I would much rather pay 10-13 euros more for delivery in normal time then free delivery and waiting already 5 working days. I recived 3 mails to rate purchase and smartwatch this is the 3rd mail and my first replay. I still didint recived smartwatch .
I guess my father is happy with smartwatch itself but delivery is very very bad.

Arrival time much longer than quoted.
It took 10 working days to arrive. The stated time is 3-5 working days. After 7 working days I had to enquire as to when it would arrive. I have yet to see if it functions as described. I hope so.

I ordered a smartwatch in November 23 and the charging case cracked 5 months later making the watch useless and unable to charge. Being a production fault, I asked for a replacement and paid the 15€ fee to get a repair case number.
One of their two “service” reps said Valante will send a replacement asap… cutting long story short; after more than 2 months and numerous chasers NOTHING has happened- no replacement, no refund, no apology received…
A watch is not in stock and would be send when available, which never happens.
For the money you’d spend on this watch, go and find a more reputable company that actually looks after their customer.

It's been a month and I still haven't received it.
I've been waiting for almost a month and still haven't received my order! I contacted them to ask for information and they said the object is following its "normal course", while on the website they say that the average waiting time is three days... They must think the consumer is some kind of clown.

As I had understood from your ad, the watch was to be delivered the next day. I was leaving Den Haag 3 days later and the watch had not yet arrived. I did not realize that the watch was being delivered from China. I have not yet seen the watch and am hoping I find it to be what I was looking for.

Very low quality and arrogant service
I bought a watch Fem-Fit2 for my partner as Christmas present. We thought, European company could provide some quality. She was happy at the beginning but after one week of wearing it the battery cover just fell off and Fem-Fit2 stopped working immediately. My wife contacted the support and first they asked her if she didn't drop it... I found this VERY unprofessional and also a bit rude... She explained what happened and they said that they can provide an inspection of watches for €15 which is an absolute joke. My wife then required a full refund which she is entitled to as It wasn't even 30days from the purchase date and there should be some warranty too as we live in 21st century. On her last two emails nobody responded which is again very unprofessional and mainly disappointing. To sum up, my sons plastic watches for fiver are much better quality then this... Someone should shut down this business before more people get ripped off. We already said goodbye to €80 we've spent on watches, but if this company is at least little bit solid as they present themselves, they should take full responsibility for the goods they sell and organise a full refund.
