From and experienced user: STAY AWAY

I have been using this software for past many years. This is a psychiatric practice software. If you are shopping for EMR please stay away from this one. One of their biggest problem is they cannot add any third party software. Their patient appointment reminders are pretty rudimentary. It is impossible to customize. The worse thing? Typical it will go out o a Monday morning as it si doing today. This happens as they "update" their software on Sunday and probably go to sleep leaving the doctor's practice high and dry. As you have patients lined up on a busy Monday morning you are looking at a blank screen as it is happening this morning.
